The food at VLV is delicious! Easily my favorite meal of my trip. I had their black truffle duck, crispy pork belly, and fresh watermelon juice.
The pork belly was so beautifully prepared - the skin itself was crispy without being too brittle, and the flesh beneath was sumptuous. The duck was cooked and carved to perfection, with the truffle sauce balanced exquisitely with the naturally fatty duck.
Highly recommend eating here.

1 star for the lousy ass door people. Asking ask to like their page rudely. Bouncer talking as if the whole world owns him a living. As if he owns the place. This really urks me.

Beautifully decorated, quiet place with great food! Particular highlights are the pomelo salad, the crispy duck with truffle, the deep fried cod (you have to pre order that) with really light crispy batter, the chilli crab tart (need pre order too), the siew yok (crispy pork belly), char siew and kimchi fried rice. You can skip the crispy fish skin (too salty). It has a nice view of Clarke quay and the river too!

Pretty place but not the best food. Dine here if you’re looking for a classy, elegant ambience. Don’t expect too much on the food. The food was mediocre. There are better dim sum restaurant out there. Visit my ig for more reviews : @zanthrea

Nice ambience albeit slightly low light. Tastefully furnished restaurant. Dishes are very good, four ⭐️ for the taste and presentation. Price is on the high side - dinner for four adults with alcohol (one glass of wine and two pints of beer) came up to $280. If only the owner had given enough thought to the toilet decor.
