The car in front of me did turn in for the inspection even though there was no car in the Q. Perhaps she was unable to see. I had to call her to move in

Fast and friendly staff. Went for vehicle inspection, renewed the insurance and road tax all together at the same place. Convenient!

2hrs of waiting. The service standards at the start of queue waiting time is 30min. 1.5hrs waiting and still counting. See 1 person working only. Don't come here if you are rushing.

Long Queue and senior Inspectors there act like we owe them money.... unfriendly when asked them for the procedures

Took a long time for inspection.. easily more than 1.5 h.. one technician running all the checks.. not sure whether it is that day or is VICOM cutting manpower

Very efficient!
Used to go to the one in Tampines but this one usually has no line and is full of friendly staff!
Will be returning when I need to renew my road tax again!
