Decent university with rather organized system, located right in strategic location. Good learning experience thanks to the easy-to-use informatics system that is used by both students and lecturers (if a bit confusing due to less informative information). The place itself is unfortunately cramped, with little parking spaces and very little facilites that can be used - there are literally just classes and standard labs. Service from receptionist is rather informative and friendly - a nice improvement over last year. Overall, it is one of the competent universities in Batam, though it should be noted that this is just a branch from Putera Batam University.
