Sorry sir good morning l don't where to make my complaint on the Puteri International Ferry Terminal case . I hope l complaint to the right post and my case is about the ferry terminal departure and arrival bag scanning machine which had breakdown for more or less one year on the departure side . I had put up multiple verbal complaint and one written complaint on the 20/6/2017 to the Puteri International Ferry Terminal Customer Service Counter but they still ignore my complaint . As UEM is one of the biggest MNC / GRC in our country l hereby hope the top management of UEM can solve this minor problem . I hereby on behalf all the local and international tourist whom are the CUSTOMER of this ferry terminal are treated as CUSTOMER NOT CRIMINAL
