The lady there was so awesome! I remember i came there 5 minutes before the shop closing time yet she was so welcoming and loving! So patient and explained a lot to me! Personally it's my first time ever visiting a sex toy shop and I must say my experience was such a bliss! I'll definitely come back again ❤ Thank you for the lovely customer service, sweety ;)

hi u4ria gals & guy, my last visit to your shop was one year back, I came back few days ago, i forgot my way a bit, I was looking for u4ria at midpoint orchard but I wnet to the wrong shop on first floor, it was very small, only few products. luckily icame out n I go up escalator n go up 2nd floor, you people still here! brighter now & many thousands of proudcts range than ever to select from!! you gals still funny, great customer service, & explain the many proudcts how to use to my wife n me! I will tell my friends from Bandung, Surabaya & Jakarta to go u4ria at #02-11A. Thanks!

too many products to choose from this big store! most extensive product range I have ever seen, two thumbs up! Great service too! Sangat baik!

The largest sex studios I've been. It has all the toys that you need. However products on display are a little messy. The dim lighting is a turned off and it discourages you from staying a minute longer. Sale staff are helpful provided you know what you wanted before hand.

The best shop to have all kind of sex toys for men and women. Most of the sex toys are from Japan and of top quality. A nice store for sex toys.

very huge selection of the adult toys, the best i have ever seen, be it BDSM, vibrators, amazing selection of male masturbators,
the online store and shop at Midpoint Orchard, Peninsula Plaza are just as good as those in Los Angeles!
