My stay at Tune Hotel JB was okay. It was mediocre, nothing special nor impressive.
Parking spots were ample and the guards were very helpful. The staff at the counter were professional and welcoming. Check in and check out was quick and efficient.
The room I stayed in was below average though. The floor was sticky, toiled stinks and there were stains on the bed sheet and pillow sheet.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and i must say its way above my expectations! Definitely would book here again for my budget stay with my friends :) Its just quite hard to find food restaurants around the area and there is only a tiny 7E right beside the lobby area, therefore i would only recommend this hotel if you plan on travelling elsewhere during the day and spend minimal time at the hotel.

Good location with a well kept environment. Bargain price for a clean and comfortable room. Bathroom a bit small though. Good front desk service. Free park too.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I'm so satisfied with the facilities and the cleanliness in the room. I just want to suggest for the hotel to put a electric kettle in each room if possible because it can be useful for travellers with a budget trip. Thanks.

Have a really nice stay. The hotel give soap, shampoo, free drinking water, hair dryer & even provide ironing room. There is hot water & aircond. For people who did not have a car, uber & grab cars are available.

The linen was so much stained. There was even blood stains.
Reported this and the management changed the linen.
The Tune hotel wasn't same like years before. I'm a regular customer in Tune hotel Danga bay. I can see the cleanliness is decreasing. Please do something about it.

The staff were friendly and gave us adequate assistance.
The room quite clean and meet the modern design. Lack of minibar fridge, unopened safety deposit box

Pro - Location is nearby everywhere we wanted to go but with a car. Affordable room. Ample of carpark space. Cons - first day we checked in , toilet had a stench smelled to it. After they clean it again, its alright. TV reception in the room is not good. The air-conditioning is not cold at all,thank god for the fan. Overall, it was an OK stay.

Reasonable price, maintenance is good. There are few restaurants nearby. Good for a short business trip.

Beyond my expectations with the price I paid. Excellent location. Room are comfortable and clean. Staffs are warm and friendly. I will definitely visit again!

I will be staying here for a month, I am fine with all the accommodation so far. Just one thing about the wifi issue which is very very slow. I am sure most of us who are staying here are working and in that case wifi is really important to us to do the work and research in our private space. Really hope that you can work on this matter a.s.a.p. Other than that are all fine and good. Thanks! :)

A very good hotel. Friendly staffs, clean rooms, decent room size, and lots of parking spots both at the hotel and neighboring area. Instant hot water at the shower room. Only issue is wifi signal and bandwidth is very slow hence giving 3 star ratings.

Its cheap, but you get what you paid for.
The rooms are small, enough for a queen sized bed with about 2 feet clearance to the side wall.
Good for a quick stay.

Great value for money. Just the right size with very clean toilet/shower room. Wi-Fi very weak and unusable !! That is really a big MINUS !!

The room is clean and quaint. the water pressure of the shower is very good. however, there is no complimentary coffee, the safe deposit box is spoiled and there is no inner hook for the door which is kinda makes me a bit of paranoid.

Location wise is great quiet area. A lot of parking inside out of hotel compound. Friendly and helpful staff. Johor Bharu - Singapore available by Odyssey Shuttle. Don't expect to enjoy local food here.

Only a single pantry for the whole 6 floor. Very simple yet accommodate all your basic need for a quick stay

Room not clean properly. The floor have a dusty and oily feeling. The seat cover is gross with yellowish stain.
Both my wife and I had a sick feeling whenever we are in the room but when we were out, we felt so afresh.
Couldn't get any wifi in the room.
Only thing good is cheap and the location.

Very quiet area, nothing much at night. But the staff did a great job keeping the hotel clean.
WiFi is free, no password required. And that's something I hope all the TUNE Hotels could do too.

Toilet floor was sticky. Yellowish stain present on sitting area of the toilet bowl. Wifi connection only allows one device per room.

Nice and neat room. Friendly staff and good service. Location not so strategic. But there is a local transport service and a 7-11 shop beside the hotel.

I think the location overall is ok, plus they do provide transport or bus easily to access main attraction included Singapore n other famous destination nearby, the hotel itself very big wind surrounding area n room is comfortable too.
