Appalled by the lack of customer service. Went in with the full intention to buy several pieces, walked out with nothing. The woman in the shop was not friendly or knowledgeable, and looked like she didn't want to be bothered with any questions. There has be better training to represent the brand.
Have several Tumi luggage pieces: good quality / durability. However the pulls on the some zippers broke off over time. Will try to address this issue at another Tumi shop. Definitely not coming back to this location again.

Bought an Arrives carry-on 3 years ago. Brought back for repair but they cannot do it because of spare parts. Offer me a trade-off of 50% which I got to get a brand new one.
