Staff is very rude. They only care for you as a customer before you sign up for a package. Once you sign they treat you with no respect especially one guy named Marc koh acts like he's king and just talking to you is a favour already. Be careful of this place. Even if you don't care about the staff rudeness just walk into their toilets and showers to smell them first. It's so disgusting.

Marc Koh is very rude. Becareful going there. Once they have your buisness they treat you badly. Facilities are very bad and smells. Especially the toilet.

Sadly I also have nothing much good to say about this place. I just called to book a class for tomorrow and in the middle of the conversation the front desk - I think her name is Mandy. Hung up on me. Very rude speaking to me too.
Cleanliness is also an issue. Stinky and dirty mats. Blocks are not cleaned or replaced. Bathroom needs a renovation. Instructors are ok though. That’s the only thing that keeps me from coming back.

peak hours can get difficult to book a slot. issue with cleanliness of the place but location is unbeatable.

Instructors are okay. However, hygiene is bad - very dirty and smelly toilets and dirty shower rooms. Hot water in the showers do not work most of the time. Lockers are very smelly too. Staff there only interested to sell you packages, can't wait for you to sign on the dotted line and give them your credit card.

only feel like a customer when they sell u membership, and it's very difficult to do cancellation (after 1 year membership), i stop using their facilities for two months and still being charge, call to the center, the staff talk very rude and scolding me. Damn terrible service, will never recommend this yoga center.

Be careful, management and team are not good, at the slightest problem, it hides behind the regulation that you have signed. Poor hygiene. The customer relationship does not exist and it will never exist.

Very poor hygiene, got 12 warts, never go there. Horrible smell in toilets and showers.

Want cancel also cannot, force people to pay even though we nvr even use the facilites and no time to attend at all. Dont ever sign up.

Having a problem with my membership cancellation. Their business scheme is terrible, only concerned of how to earn, never thinking of their customers well being. Their staffs are not trained properly, too focused on their quota or how much they earned I guess.

Front desk staff at Pacific Plaza was REALLY RUDE!! A really bad experience which totally wiped my interest in your programmes!

I enjoyed the classes and the masters/ teachers were great. however, some of the staff especially the people at the front desk were very rude. i also informed them a month before the cancellation of my membership with a valid reason but they did not do it. I was still charged with a month of payment debited to my bank account. :(

There are four studios plus a Bikram studio here. The location is everything as it is situated in PacificPlaza and merely five min from Orchard station. There are not just all sorts of yoga classes but also dance ones.
The member lounge is also much bigger and relaxing than other branches. Membership is a bit pricy (>2700 SGD for two years) but they have promotions most of the time.
I would like it better if they can improve the overall cleanliness and hygiene. A face lift will be better even!

I go here several times/week, and am a fan of yoga. I am not a huge fan of True Yoga, however. While the instructors are good (if a bit impersonal sometimes), the place is in real need of a face-lift. Run-down, especially the toilets! Also, they really could clean the studios better. I'm so tired of having to clean up hair every time I go. It's not hard to do, and I've suggested they could do a better job, but I have been ignored. I still go, and will continue, but there are better studios.

If you lost towel card in the studio, they say you will be fined; if you are late few minutes ,the Bikram instructer will close the glass door before your face.

One nice touch about the place is the hot tea you can help yourself to while relaxing at the lounge before or after class - especially after a hot one.

was a visitor to singapore and my body was used to yoga classes at Mumbai India.
My daughter had me enrolled me at the class and I am much more fitter and flexible because of the classes and the instructors are so good.
they pay individual attention and that makes all the difference.
the vastness of the classroom,the flexibility of the timings and the hospitality is what enticed me.want to go back to singapore just to be in that Pacific plaza ka yoga lessons.
