The service team is TOP notch and professional. They are quick to review your bike and follow ups. Good customer and friendly staff especially June (service staff). Recommended to visit them if you are newbie to bikes. They go beyond their job to help you understand more about bikes and other techies issues with it.

Visited 2 treknology shops (no capital letter because they don't deserve any) and found INCOMPETENCE and NO INTEGRITY!
Needed some repairs on my Trek bike (I do not have the tools 😏).
The 1st Siglap sales man was quickly brushed away because he could only sell new bikes to ignorant cyclists.
After explaining my needs to the "expert", he threw in some nonsense on why I should renew the chain and the gears.... so same show of "integrity". I understand not every shop has qualified people, so I made the effort to visit Jalan Kiang Barat, the megastore.... Was it the timing, I don't know, it was worse! How do I sell new stuff instead of listening and offer a solution. A simple repair was the request, however sales was the only thing in their mind.
SUSTAINABILITY is definitely not a value at Trek, nor LISTENING and bringing a SOLUTION.
I am a faithful Trek customer - 5 Trek bikes in the family, whereof one expensive road bike - I need now a new touring bike, but it will not be a Trek because I don't want to be at the mercy of an incompetent, opportunistic, patronising company
THE SAD THING IS THAT NOT THE BIKE BUT PEOPLE's MENTALITY LETS YOU DOWN.... and companies values (after all they hired and trained these sales people)

If you want quality service of your bike, see Adi or Elmer at East Coast Showroom. Earlier today, Adi did an excellent service to my Emonda with detailed explanation of the problem (both on the phone and in person) and how he fixed it. My bike is back to normal and I like using it again. The annoying rattling sound is gone. Elmer, two months ago, did the same. My bike's cables are shedding their skin and I'm going to replace them in about 4-6 months. I will see Adi or Elmer again for this. Trek must be glad to have both Adi and Elmer on board. Keep up the good work folks!
