The building is in the middle of the busy orchard street, but with such a lush greenery you'd forget that information. Swimming pool is inviting, although a little small. The gym is also equipped with your standard fare, weights and machines, but do not expect more than that. Staff are friendly and helpful!

A beautiful place. Located in the heart of the city in a peaceful healthy environment. They give luxurious guest rooms and suites. Explore local attractions with ease from the well-placed hotel. Walk to the the nearby legendary places with pleasure. Savor Chinese, Italian and international cuisine in our variety of restaurants.

The double bedroom with family-room and dining-room, also adjacent to private kitchen was very very satisfying. Staffs were helpful and polite, breakfast was just enough for us. Large and beautiful swimming pool with the small fountain and it sound so relaxing while staying there. (Our room located not far from the pool).
The location just a few minute walking to any Mall in Orchard road and Botanical Garden, also not far from the Gleneagles Hospital. The place supported with green environment means a lot for us. Thanks to Cold Storage (local minimarket) which is near, really helps should you want to cook.

Not at all worth the price. Has probably been a nice place earlier, but not anymore. Bad air quality in the room. No proper restaurant. Poor breakfast. Slow staff. Nice pool area.

What a pleasure! Stayed here for the 2017 Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix and it was Awesome! rooms are so spacious and clean and the grounds and pool are in 5 star condition. It can be a little pricey bit its definitely worth it! breakfast is also very nice aswell as the staff.

Great location. Dated rooms. I liked the colonial architecture. Very big pool. And the best thing is their green approach but they can go greener if they reduce their paper based marketing efforts.

Great place to stay, one of the better serviced apartments in the area that i have stayed in. Staff were friendly and catered to our needs promptly and professionally. We booked the 2 bedroom super deluxe for a week and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the living area was. Rooms were neat, modern and very well kept. Location is great as it is only 10 minutes walk to Orchard MRT station, Ion Orchard shopping mall and other amenities. Otherwise a great stay and accommodation I would return to again in future. Pool is fantastic too!

Let it be known that I didn't stay at Treetops. That being said, I wish I had. The lobby gave me my first impression that this residence had a different perspective than most. Incorporated in the flow of the lobby seating areas gave way to the garden and pool area, lit in such a way that at night it seemed a world apart. I then proceeded up to my friend's room and found the hallway followed me with soothing music. Almost leading me to my destination. The rooms are nice and well appointed. A full hob and convection make meal preparation easy and the living room has ample windows to let in the light of day or the energy and bustle of night.

Price: great compared to top hotels, with kitchen Swimming pool and gym. Next to Orchard Road for sightseeing. Friendly cosy comfy ambience for romantic intimates tourists & families..

Location is about 15m walking from Orchard MRT stop, or there is a shuttle to Dhouby Ghaut stop. Rooms are cleaned well and staff are responsive to issues.

Nice atmosphere, staff and the pool area. Great location and good big rooms. Great for families.

Location: great. Extremely close to the popular Orchard street.
Staff: nice
Price: great compared to other top hotels
Rooms: very nice and they come with almost everything you need. It has a pretty large kitchen (our two room suite)
Swimming pool and gym: are excellent
Interesting fact: it is a green hotel.

The residencies concept is a hybrid form of hospitality. Simplistic yet sufficient for today's traveler. Service is friendly. Food was good. Location is perfect.

Great service room service comes everyday except Sunday. Free breakfast everyday, and for lunch or dinner it is not free but delicious. Big friendly pool and amazing staff.
