I recently went to Japan fukoka and Beijing on 26 Mar 11 days9 night trip this is the first time I book my tour package with star travel I am very happy with the tour leader Jason he is very thoughtful and took very good care of us during the trip he is very meticulous on all big or small details during the trip I do look forward to see Jason leading us for my future trips overall I am very pleased with the services provided by star travel

I wish to take this opportunity to compliment your staff, Jason Shi for serving me with his well excellent and outstanding services for the past few years. I was quite impressive by his attentive care and having great fun and laughter during this 12 days of Japan Fukuoka and Bejing trip on 25 March 2018 - 5 April 2018 which organised by him. He is quite a responsible team leader and able to show initiative care for everyone. I can say that he can be able to meet my need and requirement for any of my trip without any worry and he is quite and efficient staff. Well done Jason ,keep up the good job 😊

Thanks to Yuki for her prompt response to our queries and arrangement of the Korea tour in Apr2018. Good works attitude on her part. As for the tour, its ok except that shld arrange more good food instead of common fares. Pls look into this aspect "GOOD FOOD"
I hv decided to deduct 1 star, reason being :- there are 31pax in our group, but why are we denied a local tour leader ? Travelstar wld you care to reply ?

Very bad experience in travelstar service..worst travel agency ever!
Reason:
When we arrived at the airport check in they don't have our details only booking reference as they didn't help us applied our visa for our aust trip..Don't even alert us that actually visa need to be done by ourselves n then only mentioned that it already stated in the terms n conditions. Seriously, if those don't even know eng how they will know what is stated there?I'm lucky that I choose SQ flight n only SQ got this privilege service for SQ passengers. If I choose other airlines who is going to bear the costs for my accommodation, air tickets n etc. I will missed my flight! I still got to paid $150 visa together with my family. Want to ask for compensation for this type of worst n bad service!!! Then the staff clarence mention that he is just a staff regrets that nothing he can do. Hope that management will look into this matter & get back to us about the compensation. it is not about terms n conditions that a stated in ur policy which you don't even alert us about whether your side will help to provide visa service or we need to do it ourselves at least highlighted to us. How we would know in the first place we need to apply visa before we can go for this aust trip? then what is the purpose on choosing a package tour which don't even gave us a security for client service. Hope that you management will give us a satisfaction reply. It is a nightmare n terrible experience i ever encounter.

We just came back from boracay, thanks for travelstar friendly arrangement and friendly staff to let us enjoying our trips. We love the hotel Paradise Garden resort. It nearby beach area and life band at night. Really enjoyable.

They hesitate to refund my money until now, few months passed.. Cheap attitude with Cheat approach tour agent. They couldn't have their policy at all time, just until your money paid.
Don't deal with them at any situation, they're so called "ALIBABA".

Very bad experience!
Do not go with this agency. Absolutely terrible. Agreed itinerary is completely different from confirmed itinerary, which was only issued after payment. Did not bring us around to famous tourist and scenic spots. We were promised a local five star hotel but it was a local three star hotel. Frequent blackouts and power outage at night. Ridiculous considering the hot summer weather (up to thirty five degrees Celsius). Power maintainence in the middle of the night. Poor service and rude staff when questioned. We were told to leave the lobby when we were seated at the lobby. Definitely was not a five star hotel. Tour guide told us that the shopping centre closed at 12.30am and the taxi driver told us that it actually closes at 10pm! Tour bus was dirty, small, cramped, old and unsafe. Had to place our luggage on seats. Caused body rash. Paid $888 per person but was expected to pay for all the entrance fees ourselves. Other similar tour groups only paid $388!! Ludicrous!! Completely dishonest tour agency. Jason Shi, the General Manager of the China Division was in charge of our trip. Beware!

YOU ARE A HORRIBLE,INHUMANE,CHEAT TOUR AGENCY,SHIRLEY SHI , AND LUCY REMEMBER HOW MANY THOUSAND OF ASSURANCES, THAT EVERYTHINGS WILL BE A HAPPY HOLIDAY.YOU TOLD US 8 PEOPLE HAD BOOKED THE SAME PACKAGE TOUR WITH US BUT IN FACT NONE HAD.WE HAD TO BOARD THE PLANE OURSELF AND TOOK A SHUTTLE BUS TO THE HOTEL.YOU HAD TURNED OUR HOLIDAY INTO A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCED.WHEN WE WERE STRANDED AT THE KANSAI AIRPORT,HOW WE PLEADED WITH YOU TO HELP US,YOU FLATLY REJECTED OUR PLEAD.MIND YOU THIS WAS A FULLY PAID GUIDED TOUR.YOU HAD CHARGED US $10288,WE END UP EATING RAMEN FOR THE LAST 4 DAYS IN JAPAN.

Just booked our holiday with Travel Star, the service is good, the staff managed to find a good value promotion for us. We are looking forward to our trip with them this coming Chinese New Year!!!

My travel experience to Taiwan for the 7D6N High-Speed Railway Experience Tour from 1-7 Oct 2016 through this travel agency managed by Derrick Yeo was good. This guy was responsive and the tour was valued for money. The Taiwanese tour company and tour guide were responsible and friendly, and took care of our travel safety especially after the recent powerful typhoon. Even my one day extended stay in Taipei and pick up time to the airport was well arranged and punctual. Thumb up!!

Such a stupid service. Called the company to enquire something and this guy picked up sound so rude, being angsty and didnt even say thank you before hanging up. Such a suck up service.
