I was calling their store and no one even bothered to answer considering that it is still early (10:40 a.m) called 4 times nobody pick up the call. You might as well not give your phone number if you don't bother to answer. Very annoying.

Quite messy during Xmas Sales.
Most of the toys here are made in China. So even in Singapore, I'm still worry about those bubbles fluid.. together with those chemical toys.
Overall, I love the place, many choices for kids even adults also can enjoy testing and playing with toys

The manager is rude and inefficient, and offers poor customer service. Easily presents his frustration he got from serving earlier customer to the next customer. Didn't end up listening to a customers request and handed a piece of paper and a pen to the customer and left. Definitely not going back.

Expensive toys and less stock. Absolute absence of premium action figures and whatever you went in for. One thing is sure though, when you do go inside you might not come back empty handed. There's something or the other that you might just want or rather take in the absence of what you need.
