Very poor service experienced after they close down Sin Ming Servicing Center. Waited long time to collect the vehicle and service engineer did not update of the expected time of collection due to overwhelming workload.

I will like to lodge a complaint at one of your staff Mr Mohd Azri B Jemain. This morning @9.15am, I had sent my lorry GBF2972B for 10000km servicing at the UBI servicing center. After waiting for almost 4hours, I asked Mr Mohd Azri B Jemain
whether my lorry had finished servicing. He told its almost done and just need to QC check. In the end, I only collected my lorry at 3.20pm which I waited for 6 hours. Then I asked Mr Mohd Azri B Jemain how come servicing had to wait for
6hours so long. He told me 10000km onwards had to wait very long and 20000km servicing had to wait longer. So I asked him 3times, is it correct for me to say that 10000km servicing needs 5-6hours to be done and 20000km servicing needs more
than 6 hours, his answer is YES!!!!
Then I told him he should inform me earlier that the servicing needs to be done for so long, so I would have go back to my office or at least have my lunch, when I had been waiting 6 long hours at the servicing center like an idiot without having
my lunch. In the end, he not only didn't apologized to me, he insist that he already told me that the servicing will take very long time. I'm very sure that he didn't inform me that the servicing needs 5-6 hours in the first place, or else
I wont be so stupid to wait at the servicing center for 6hours!!!!!!!
My company had bought 2 lorries from Borneo Motors on Aug 2016. My staff who is driving another lorry which already completed the 10000km servicing, told me that the 10000km servicing only takes less than 3hours at another servicing center
yet Mr Mohd Azri B Jermain insist that 10000km servicing needs 5-6 hours to be done. Why other outlets need less than 3hours to do servicing yet Ubi outlet needs 6hours to do the same job??
I'm really disappointed at your company service as I never come across such incident before. Even my company which used to buy Nissan lorries also never had such lousy service before. I hope to have an explanation from Borneo Motors soon.

The service is excellent, as expected. However the location isn't ideal. There is a shuttle that takes you to Paya Lebar MRT station after you drop your car but it only operates in the morning. There used to be a cafe but it's closed. There are insufficient power points for stranded drivers to get work done on their laptops.

Came here on a saturday for my car's 6 monthly servicing which requires online pre-booking. There is free coffee and some curry puffs for the early birds with a friendly coffee lady. There is free shuttle bus one way to pay around lebar mrt station.

Went to see the cars available but was not served to a minimum expected degree. Was left alone without any introduction to any cars even when I was the only customer. When I stepped out to see the Avanza, which was parked outside, the sales man just unlocked the car from the inside of the showroom and didn't even follow me out. Terrible service.

Staff here are generally helpful but sometimes they tend to oversell their cars and makes buying cars that much harder.
