Absolutely awful return or exchange of faulty item policy and over priced bad quality clothing. I bought an expensive pair of pants from Topshop petite, tried them on in the changing room and they fit me perfectly. I excitedly bought them and went home to put them on to wear out to dinner with my family that night. Within the hour they had torn on the right side next to the pocket due to either the poor quality of the fabric or a production error. This left me throughly embarrassed at dinner constantly trying to cover the tear with my shirt. A few days later I brought them back to your ION store and asked for an exchange or refund. The manager unsympathetically and blankly told me I was not entitled to a refund or exchange as they were obviously worn (one hour counts as worn?) and therefore neither of those options were open to me, despite the product only being bought a couple days prior. As someone who works in the fashion and retail industry, this is atrocious service and this business should seriously revise how it deals with customer issues especially concerning high ticket purchases. This is one ex-loyal customer who will not be returning.
