Had a few experience with the staff. Visited today 19th Aug one of Chinese staff was rude, unfriendly and worst of all zero patience serving the customer. Best staff was the malay dude.

Great city bikes from Japan. Good service and decent selection of bike accessories.

The staff weren't sure of anything, they didn't know what they had in stock or the prices of anything. To make things worse the shop smelled like rotten food.
