This station has a big bus terminal and directly linked to many shops!
Fair price is quite big and there’s a post office, book shop, and many small shops inside the HDB block which located near to this station:)
Very fun place to explorer the local life so I recommend foreigner to visit here if you happen to be around this area!
You can take the nostalgic photos!

Childhood place brought to back many memories.. Over the years shops owners change also. Library building still remains the same!!

The station is like other neighbourhood stations, without much character unlike Chinatown station. But it serves its purpose well, with ample space to cater to large crowds. There are also some seating for the aged. Lift for the handicapped.

For a repeated tourist to Singapore it is very nice to get away from the tourists and visit a proper local open shopping centre. Well priced products and food. A hidden gem and should be visited.

Its in the centre of Singapore so its close to everywhere. Colour scheme is old but iconic

The MRT itself is nice and clean. Surrounded it are hawker centres, convenient stores, supermarket and some restaurants which are nice to have.

An ordinary mrt station that looks pretty old. However, there is a bus Interchange integrated into the station and there are many shops and eateries nearby.

The design is humanlized, and other is rain cover all the way around to nearby hdb blocks.
