Good workmanship, prices reasonable. Brought my bike there for upgrading service
however, The uncle quoted me the price and the auntie still asked the uncle whether the price is 'enough'

I had a pleasant experience purchase tires and inner tube from this shop. The shopkeeper is kinder and friendlier than average shops.

Utterly deplorable service standard. Tried calling every single number listed in their website to enquire about availability of a product - all numbers were ringing off the hook until it gets terminated by the operator. I have checked - I call during their operational hours, not their day off.

Run by a middle-aged Chinese couple. Gruff uncle and clueless auntie, but like most such shops they're great if you get on good terms with them as fellow people. After a bit of small talk with them, they were happy to provide service on par with the proper pro bike shops.

Went there a couple of times to do some work on my Merida Road bike. Didn't buy the bike from them. But the uncle still helped me fix the noise in my brakes for free. And the Auntie lent me a tool so I could fix some parts outside her shop. Very nice couple. They just don't look like they are.

Bought my Merida Reacto there good customer service considering im only 16 i went in and they immediately greeted me and ask me what i am looking for i told them what i was looking for the 2016 model and it happens to be the last set there as well they are willingly to let it off for a really discounted price than outside shops

Awesome experience. Tubing was change within 15 mins. Uncle and auntie are super nice people

Utterly Horrible Service , Came In With A Smile And Good Gesture But Left With Hatred. Shop Auntie Is Reluctant To Serve Customers And Talks With A Attitude. One Of The Oldest And Most Experienced Bike Shop But Unfortunately Service Has Not Changed After These Years. Auntie Dont Know Go There Stare At Bike Or Working For Free. Everything Also Dont Know Then The Main Man Must Always Come Later Then Leave A Lost Soul Atendding To The Shop. This Shop Needs Holy Water I Swear

Rude.When i ask the owners about what to upgrade on my bike they said it is fine and if i want to upgrade they say better buy a new expensive bike from them.When i ask them could they help me put in a new tube for me they rejected as they say "this product is not from our shop".

Crappy service, brought my foldie to check on the brakes, auntie told she don't service made in China stuffs. The brand is zoom and I'm sure most of the bike parts came from China.

Lousy service. will never patronize ever again. Brought my dahon route for tuning. Uncle ignored me and continued to attend to another customer. 2 other customers came by & went away as he ignored them as well. Waited out for him to finish. Told him about my bike. He didn't want to tune it. He thought I left, but I overheard the auntie remarked that i had a "lousy" bike.

Disappointed with the poor service. Quoted $40 for replacing a brake pad. negotiated to $30. Was in the queue behind 2 customers so waited for almost 30mins. In the end, the Owner checked there's nil stock for the brake pad. Will not visit this shop again.

friendly uncle and auntie. bought new bike at hougang.... bicycle upgrades at Midview. Duly advice and speedy delivery for new wheelset build. Go in with a good attitude and it will be returned in kind.
