We are long time customers and had bought tons of books and stationary from this store. Today our son read a book and had caused a very small fold measuring 3mm at a corner of a book. The staff pulled me aside and complained about it. I made my son apologised but we are obviously not welcome there.

There is a lot of my favourite books
