Good service from the staff unlike other Timberland outlets I have been into. They had a good variety of shoes and I was able to purchase what I needed.

This is a good factory outlet although it must be said that Timberland quality is nowhere as good as what they used to be.

Authentic products at discouneted price, brought few from this store. Staff is unattended , rude and unprofessional, (if they wanna follow "usa" culture please this is not) , not sure about sizes, look down on shopers .. product is great but staff need to b more trained or briefed .
