Ate at the Seasonal Tastes restaurant on level 32 on a Sunday night. It was not crowded and the food was replenished promptly. Service staff were extremely responsive and helpful.

Dined at Seasonal Tastes in The Westin. Location and view were great, and service was excellent. The floor manager was prompt in getting us seated and even let us choose our seats.

Great location! Itโs right next to hawker center. The room is new and spacious. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back to stay!

My daugther wedding lunch was held in Westin level 3 ballroom on 6 May 2018. I would grade the service of the banquet team as 5 star. Not only our family but also many of our guest were impressed by the professional service provided by the team, especially Mr Ronald J. His very personal touch and sincere effort has won our heart in this very special event. Thumb up ๐๐๐๐๐

Awesome hotel lobby ambiance with pianist playing music. With awesome full length window viewing out towards Singapore landscape of the frontier port.

The Seasonal Taste buffet restaurant one of the best seafood buffet spread in town. The seafood is very fresh, and the they have a wide spread of cooked food as well. The price for the buffet is expensive but do look for dining promotions with various credit cards.

My friends and I love to come here to chill. Apart from the reasonably priced Jack Daniels, the ambience there is amazing!!! What I like about Westin is that it is non crowded.
PS: their free popcorn is oddly addictive.

Visited over a year ago but prompted for a review. Singapore service culture is unique and definitely shows at this property. Felt welcomed - staff went extra mile in making sure the stay is pleasant (in a nice discreet manner). Haven't used many facilities but both infinity pool and lobby lounge/bar are brilliant. Comfortable large room and bathroom. Great location in the middle of financial district. Definitely a memorable week-long stay.

Located in Asia Tower 2 which is centrally located in central business district so it's definitely a very good location for work related event or stay. It's posh in design pretty standard for 5-6 stars hotel. The view from the hotel from level 32 upwards facing south of Singapore is amazing. Adjacent to level 1 is Asia Square Towers which offers plenty of food choices.

Great decor, modern, good food. Lobby is situated on the high floor which adds to the overall experience. The bar is a great place to unwind as well. Room are clean and spacious.

Fantastic hotel with a great view at their bar and lobby. It can be difficult to find quietly tucked in the corner of the building where the area is still being developed. Room was clean and spacious with an amazing view over the port. Highly recommended for a stagcation!

Nice hotel but with limited vegetarian option to eat. Else all good. Had attended our office year end party.... Had fun..

Location is a bit out of the way from the main road, and the outside doesn't look like a hotel at all so it was a bit difficult for me to locate the hotel. But once you go inside, it looks luxurious. The bellboy was attentive and immediately helped to direct me to the lift which I had to take to go to the lobby. Decor is wonderful, a lot of small details in the design which adds an intricate touch but having to go to level 32 to get to hotel lobby made me a bit confused with the layout of the hotel.

Great hotel, highly motivated staff. I recommend to book a Westin Club Room as it comes with some nice perks, such as a great view from the top and access to the Club lounge, where you can have your breakfast in a more private and exclusive way. The infinity pool is good, but I have to say that the view is a bit obstructed by some buildings and not as big as at the Marina Bay Sands. The hotel is located in the financial district next to a MRT station, which makes it easy to explore the city.
The gym is modern and also gives you a nice view on Singapore.

Level 32, lobby cafe/bar. View is awesome. Nice view overlooking the sea. Waiter/waitress were all very friendly and helpful. Ordered mocha, but it takes a while for the drink to come. But overall it is still a good experience

Was only able to stay there for one short night (late arrival and early departure). The reception employee was very courteous and efficient. Because we were unable to make it to breakfast, she was able to arrange a takeaway breakfast that was delivered to our door before we left and that was very nice but I'll have to say the food was not very appetizing. The room was clean and comfortable. My only small complaint was that the shower would leak water into the bathroom floor through the glass doors. We had no time to utilize anything else we had access to such as club access, gym, etc.

Rooms are exquisite and the services are impeccable. However the new building has blocked the view. And the hotel is at the top of an office building convenient for those having meetings in the CBD.

I stayed at the Westin in Singapore for a week in July. The room on the 45th floor was spacious and had a sophisticated touch. I was impressed enough with the hotel that I will be staying again next week. Nothing says satisfaction as strongly as repeat business.

The Westin has all the accoutrements of being a high-end business hotel with luxury touches. But at least during my visit, it was characterized by inexplicably poor service of the sort that -- in a competitive market like Singapore -- has no excuse. This began from the moment of check-in. It was late at night, and only a single employee was at the desk -- and she was on the phone, determined not to make eye contact or otherwise acknowledge the existence of a new customer until the call was concluded. This went on for upwards of five minutes, whereupon someone from the back office wandered out and realized that quite a few people had been waiting to check in. Whoops! Why the single employee on the phone didn't think to let her idle colleagues know that there were guests standing around and that she required assistance is beyond my comprehension. But it would prove characteristic of the sloppiness that pervades the Westin. The following morning, I discovered that the bathroom in my room hadn't been properly cleaned -- and that a great mass of hair was affixed to the wall of the shower. (Yuck.) Calling the front desk, I got assurances that this would be dealt with immediately and went off to breakfast. When I returned about 45 minutes later... No change. Another phone call, more promises... It was only when I pointed out to the cleaning staff, in person, the problem that they addressed it. Then there is the restaurant. At breakfast, sometimes you are offered coffee... and sometimes, no one bothers to wait on you. (This happened when there were approximately 8 other customers there.) Sometimes they bring you what you order, sometimes a rough approximation of it. I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but I was sufficiently flummoxed by the failings of The Westin that a general warning seems warranted. Perhaps they were just having a rough couple of days during my visit. I sincerely hope so. But this was a hotel badly off its game.

Had a wonderful dinner at Seasonal Tastes. The view was great and service was awesome. Had my fill of the food. So much selection but I couldn't finish them all.
matthew smith (27/06/2017 01:05)
Nice rooms, very big and luxurious but very expensive and I'm not sure it was worth the extra. Everything seemed to be a chargeable add-in even the bottle of water in the room was 8 dollars. Reception staff were border line rude at times and didn't really want to go out of their way to help. Pool facilities were nice but the illusion of the infinity pool is spoilt by other buildings and a quite shabby surround when you look down from the infinity edge. Would I stay again? Probably not even if someone else paid.
Nicholas Lin (24/06/2017 10:33)
Excellent club lounge facilities. With good rooms for a city hotel. There's not much to do on the immediate vicinity of the hotel because it's in the business district; finding food over the weekends can be challenging.

Great Location, Staff, Service. Platinum benefits are rock solid at this Westin. Breakfast, light Dinner (drinks). Cabs can be a bit tough with current construction in the AM. Rooms are very nice, large. Two pool pictures day and night.

Service staff was pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious. They served cold seafood such as crabs, prawns and lobster with an assortment of dressings such as wasabi mayo. Red meats were tender and juicy. They have a custom pasta kiosk which serves really good pasta. Dessert was delicious. Strongly recommend the Avocado or dark chocolate gelato. Place is great for kids and family dinners. The only sad thing was that they ran out of brie cheese when I visited.

One of my favourite hotels for it's location, great views, super friendly staff, great club lounge, well-appointed rooms and the most amazing (and first) Seafood and Champagne afternoon tea I've ever had. This is a 'must-stay' hotel!
Benjamin Wu (20/02/2017 17:28)
Great hotel in the middle of the business district, though a little pricey. Great views from certain angles at the hotel lobby. Too bad that the infinity pool is blocked by the new building in front of it, else would have been perfect.
Anthony Hernandez (16/02/2017 03:49)
Great amenities, the pool and gym are great. Breakfast has plenty of variety and starts pretty early. The location is central and great for getting visiting great places to eat.

Hands down, most impacting place to have a coffee in all of Singapore and yes, it gives Ce La Vi a run for its money. The panoramic view over the city, port and ocean is extremely memorable. The seating is comfortable: about 80% of the seating is by the windows in very comfortable and plush seating. The service, which is usually any venue in Singapore's biggest liability, is spectacular here. Not only are we talking about the usual "yes sir", but eager servers who are on the constant lookout for any slight gesture to approach the table (a slight nod will be indicative enough, no need to wave your hands continually in the air as I've found myself having to do way too often at other venues) and are quick to get your order in. The coffee is served in an exquisite glass china set, in which layered coffee drinks show their true art (think cappuccinos), and to top it off, usually a small dessert is served alongside. Prices are pretty reasonable per se for a venue as such, but the added bonus is that Starwoods Preferred Guests (their loyalty program) members are eligible for a discount on your bill regardless of whether they're actually staying in the hotel or not. Glasses of wines and beers are also quite reasonable for those looking to kick a few back after a long day. Remember this is the W hotel, so be ready to come across an extremely posh and cosmopolitan crowd.

Nice and new hotel. located in CBD close, surrounded by many office buildings. Service and rooms were good. Good access to train stations. Food was good. Weekend the surrounding areas are quiet. Not a shopping area.
Chris Maertz (25/11/2016 18:46)
Beautiful hotel. Service and rooms were amazing. The only downside is that views are dominated by construction sites, but this obviously isn't the fault of the hotel. The pool is great for lap swimming, and the concierge lounge had great food. It works be great if the lounge offered beverages for a longer time.

Business hotel located in new downtown. When I stayed there in early 2016, the area outside the hotel still underwent construction. But otherwise it's close to the old downtown area, Chinatown, Marina Bay office area, and a couple of MRT stops. If you don't want to go broke with hotel food, there are food courts and restaurants a couple of blocks away.

The Westin Singapore's nicely tucked within the developing bayfront area, and boasts an amazing view of our docklands, and coastline.
The Premier Sea View room is luxuriously spacious, with an enormous bathroom and a tub with an amazing view. Fixtures and furniture are still very well-maintained for a hotel that's operated more than a year and front of house staff, up to service standards.
Hotel restaurants while abundant, don't really resonate with my expectations of the Westin chain's standards but you won't have a problem since you're centrally located. Just make sure you make reservations for the popular city restaurants in the vicinity.

I was actualy sceptical at first, as I was truly spoiled by the view n facilities of the MBS but how the staffs did their jobs and the hotel facilities blow my mind. Everything is being kept as personal as possible (unlike the "fliessband" treatment at the MBS) and one gets the feelings that they are really at a refined and true 5 starred hotel.
Anyway, we got the bigger twin-beds room enjoying both the city n sea views. I'd honestly prefer if the constructions around were done and wouldnt mind to skip the
Marina area. It takes some other years to fulfill this wish.
Now the location itself - apart of the constructions... It takes less than 5 mins to get the MRT Downtown n 10 mins to Raffles Place. The MBS is only 3 mins ride as well as Orchad Road.
The room is excellent (beds, seating area) n nearly perfect maintenanced. All the staffs are outstanding.
Ie. upon arrival at the elegantly designed lobby we were already being pampered with yummy refreshment. Every wish we sent to the hotel prior arrival and during our stay were being well taken care.
One little remark... As we were at the infinity pool (excellent opening ho: 6-22) in an early moring, the pool needed a little clearing job. We also saw 2 view-disturbing swinming tools just lying on the ground.
Above all, it was absolutely an extra ordinary enjoyable 4 days stay at the 1,5 years old Westin Hotel Singapore.

of all the hotels in singapore that i have stayed in, they have the best room and bed ever for the amount that i've paid! the hotel is in the business district, so it's a little bit out of the way - but the downtown station is within walking distance and good connectivity to all the spots in singapore.

Location
This was the biggest plus for me as far as the entire trip is concerned. Hotel is located in Asia Towers, which was right next to my office. Hotel is easy to reach and in the heart of what I assume to be the CBD of Singapore. Once you reach the foyer, there is always someone to receive you and help you with the luggage once you get out of the taxi, call and hold the elevator to reception. The check in process was smooth and was welcomed with a refreshment drink.
Room:
To reach the room, we need to use the access card to punch in the relevant floor in the elevator, which was new for me. The room was large and spacious with one of the most comprehensive in-room facilities I have come across - mood lighting settings, large king sized bed, study table with stationary, wardrobe with iron and ironing boards, satellite radio with docking station among many things. The bathroom was huge with a bathtub and shower room. However, room allotted to me lacked a decent view (to be fair, area in front of the vanity mirror did have a blocked view of Marina Bay).
I would like to point two issues with the room, which I faced - There was no one who escorted us to the room to take us through the various amenities it had to offer. Because of this, we discovered the water kettle and in room facility of making tea or coffee late into our stay.
Second was that the washbasin was not draining water properly and kept on being clogged despite holding the level to drain the water. I raised a complaint with the hotel before leaving for office. When I returned, I enquired from Priscilla at the reception about the status of my complaint. She checked with the back end team and informed that it was taken care off. However, when I checked the basin again, the problem had not been rectified! I raised the complaint again and they sent one of their technicians to look in to it, who said that repairs can only be completed the next day. It was upsetting to see that wrong information was conveyed to the guest. Did not expect it from an establishment like Westin.
Hotel:
The property is well maintained, beautifully furnished and tastefully done to suit a wide variety of expectations. Up until a couple of year ago, I assume that it was sitting on a prime piece of harbor front estate. However, that were ruined because then construction started taking place right in front of the hotel, which blocked the awesome views this hotel had to offer. The infinity pool is huge and again, boasted of some great views, but now, we sadly have to compromise by seeing construction workers going about their job in the nearby towers. It also becomes very noisy during the day near the pool because of this. An interesting facility on the poolside is small structures inside the water, which pump out water jets - not unlike a Jacuzzi which was fun to lie down on and relax. Also, the there is a bar next to the reception on 32nd floor, which offers some awesome views of the bay, and it is open for all the guests. You can just sit and watch the caravan of ships moving into port, doing their usual shippy things and leaving. At nighttime, it was particularly beautiful.
Food:
I had breakfast buffet every morning of my stay and hence had a fair idea of the morning offerings. The biggest plus I noticed was how they have oriented their entire menu towards healthy eating. All of their juices had eliminated sugars from them. There were several options for health conscious. However, for a glutton like me, there were several heavy items on the course to keep me satisfied. The best items for me were definitely there croissants. I could never have enough of those!
Staff:
Staff was warm, courteous and efficient in their responses to the guest queries (barring the incident mentioned above). They will try to make you feel right at home. Special mention to the Westin Service Express - their dashboard for intercom. I found them to be most responsive and took great initiative when I raised a complaint for my washbasin issue.

Ballroom transformed into a romantic venue, with a large foyer space for guests to mingle. As an emcee, I was impressed with the Sennheiser microphones. Prompt service, attention to detail and coordination from the banquet ops team. I witnessed a very well run event and more importantly, a happy couple.
Raymond Rapinette (05/07/2016 04:55)
Walking into the lobby of the Westin Singapore gives you a great feeling of luxury and quality. The staff are very attentive and nothing was a problem. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. This is truly a 5 star hotel.

I love the place, it is quiet and cosy ambience. Nice scenery at 33 floor and service is good.
Aizuddin Ahmad (24/05/2016 15:46)
If you are planning to visit Singapore or staycation, i recommend you to stay here. Price is reasonable for a 5 star hotel, the staff there are super friendly and the bed, literally heaven bed. You will not regret staying at this hotel
Jui Hong Teoh (29/04/2016 17:33)
I was in Singapore again for a business trip and this time manage to stay in the new The Westin Singapore. Located on the financial district, the hotel is classy but is actually quite a small hotel. Located on the top floors of a office district, It is actually only 10 floors that include rooms, pool, conference centers. Lobby is at 32.
The room was amazing as I got the top floor Executive room, and it was huge. The bathroom is amazingly huge and also came with a tub overlooking the city/bay depending on where youโre facing. As usual, it was fast wifi, and the usual amenities that you would come to expect from a Westin. No surprises there.
Hotel wise, it has 2 restaurants, a spa and an infinity pool. The view of the pool overlooks the bay and Singapore port. you can see the cruise terminal from there. But there is construction happening in front of it.
The hotel itself is located in a far-flung location. If youโre here on business and the offices are within the financial district, the location would be perfect. However, it is a distance from central Singapore, taking about 15-20 mins to Orchard Road. The area is also extremely quiet on the weekends.
On the other hand, a MRT stop (downtown station) is just 500m away, which can take you pretty much to Marina Bay Sands (1 stop) or anywhere else in Singapore. Lao Pasar, a popular food court is just right opposite and you can head to City Hall pretty quickly.
If you donโt mind the distance from more popular places in Singapore, the Westin is pretty comfortable.
Of yeah, I had room service the nights I was there, the food was surprisingly good.
