A long bridge to walk from Alexander road to the top of Faber park. It's a great place to walk with family for. Get close to the nature

It's worth the effort to hike up and there is option for you to also get taxi up. Breathtaking view. Recommended if you have spare time in Singapore. Good place to burn off some calories.

It is hard to imagine how these bridges across the forests are built while protecting the trees so well. During day time you get to enjoy all the greeneries and good air, and at night the lights are on and it is safe to walk while it is way cooler than walking under the mid-day sun.

It would be an arduous journey if you really want to cover all the areas. Would be great for someone who loves nature and hiking. Some of the areas like Mt Faber and Labrador Nature Reserve have a long history so it's definitely a great experience to check them out!

One of the best place to walk around if you are a nature lover. The chirping birds and the smell of earth are just so pure and organic at its best. It is good for the soul. For me this is nature therapy to get away from all the stress. The other plus point is the path are well paved and when you get to Alexandra Arch onwards you feel like walking in the air because the path raised and you walk along with trees. I suggest you to start early in the morning before the sun is up so that you can enjoy the coolness of the air.

One of the best walking / running locations in Singapore with fantastic views and good places to rest along the way. If you have 2-3 hours would recommend walking from Mount Faber (Faber Peak) all the way to Alexandra Road (over the Henderson Waves). Good for tourists.

Escape into this lush green refuge in the heart of a bustling city and let the well marked foot paths lead you to various bridges and elevations. Get a good view of the southern landscape above the Henderson Waves (a beautiful bridge structure 36 meters above the street), explore above the tree tops along the Canopy Walk, and lots more. You can get lost in this space (in a good way) as you enjoy the embrace of tropical greenery while spotting interesting critters and plant life. Popular for joggers who wanted some hill training. Just be careful of slippery route after a rain.

Convenient to access and great place for walk in the green environment. Nice view too.
Raphaƫl Peyret (24/11/2017 02:59)
Beautiful place to hike in the city. Walkways high off the ground give you nice views of the jungle greenery below. The walk is a little more strenuous than just a "walk in the park". Go in the morning or late afternoon as it gets quite hot and bring plenty of water.
It gets busy on weekends but not uncomfortably crowded

Lovely and a beautiful place. Very accessible and the views are amazing for a place so close to the central district. I also love how it is connected to the neighbouring hills making is an easy but fun hike. One of the hidden jewels of the city.

Great getaway inside the heart of the city. A very refreshing walk, best in early morning and evening times. Well accessible by buses/mrt. Good placement of amenities .
Fairuzaimi Zakaria (13/07/2017 10:46)
A long walk that is definitely not advisable to go visit under the afternoon sun, as there is no roof at all until you reach the very end.
The long walk itself is fine, but it would be nice if they add more vending machine selling drinks.
Muhammad Bilal (09/07/2017 06:27)
Amazing view. must go place if you are in Singapore. best time to is in the evening.
Kevin Lee (01/07/2017 07:44)
Interesting walkway and you get a chance to see different wildlife in the forest. Also the skyscrapers in the surrounding area create some neat landscapes to take photos of.
Vikas Sharma (10/06/2017 07:28)
1. Nature trail right inside the city.
2. Multiple exits to main roads.
3. Slip free paths.
4. Paths get illuminated in evening, dark.
5. Gradient is low. So going up will test your heart and lungs but is still easy on knees.
6. Lots of spots of shutterbugs.
Suresh Lakshmipathy (18/05/2017 07:05)
Undoubtedly one of the best urban park and trail in the world. The forest walk that towers over the tree tops is easily the best section here, its unparalleled for its views. Very well connected by public transport
prajakt pande (27/04/2017 08:53)
Beautiful to walk around and hang out early morning/evenings.
Aaron Carnefix (17/03/2017 19:47)
Great walking trail (as close as you'll get to hiking in Singapore). The trail is paved the whole way, so basically any type of shoes will work. Nice views of the ocean and the southern part of the city.
Ram kumar (17/03/2017 10:37)
The nature trail at its best. This place is well maintained without affecting the beauty of the nature. The best time to visit this place is during sunset. Also the night walk is so wonderful with the led lights. If you want a sudden escape from the city life, i would recommend this place. Lots of nature to sink into.
Nurul Asyikin (16/03/2017 05:39)
Spectacular views of the urban Singapore with nature. Easy walk for all.

a great place for a morning walk if you enjoy the nature.. you'll be surrounded by trees, butterflies and birds!
Keith Carter (04/03/2017 05:31)
Beautiful place for a walk. One of the places with views that remind you Singapore is a small island in the middle of the sea. Tranquil.
Peter White (01/02/2017 14:27)
Singapore residents might appreciate this more than tourists, but it is excellent an walk/hike with views of Singapore from the few peaks near Sentosa island. The peaks are connected by pedestrian bridges in different designs that are interesting in themselves. Start at Mount Faber and end at HortPark or vice versa, best at dusk between 6 and 7.30pm. Fit walkers will do it in less than an hour but there are plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the ambience if you want to extend the experience.
Craig Smith (23/01/2017 13:01)
Great place to escape the city while still being right in the heart of it. They have spent a lot of money on bridges, treetop walks and the like and it is totally worth it.
Mainuddin Shuvro (14/01/2017 06:49)
Awesome view of the harbour. Great place for a peaceful morning walk. Highly recommended!
Andrey Mischenko (16/09/2016 07:23)
Really impressive parks with very good trails.
FYI Alexandra Garden Trail not suitable for wheel chairs or strollers
Nathan Teo (05/08/2016 23:58)
Good for a workout but rlly nothing much to see. Average views of the forest. Gets kinda boring after awhile
Kiaboon Joh (31/07/2016 09:56)
Never appreciated this walk as much as the day I saw a similar one in New Zealand that charged $20 for entry.
A great way to exercise while enjoying a bird's eye view of the area.
Tim Natale (09/07/2016 15:09)
We arrived in the early morning to enjoy it before the heat really kicked in. The walk is a lot of fun with great views of the city and the jungle below. You literally walk among the trees! This was a perfect activity, was free, and we coupled it with a trip to Sentosa.
Kent Robert Swick Jr. (07/06/2016 01:35)
Great interconnected hiking trails between three different parks (Kent Ridge all the way through). Easily a full half day hike from beginning to end.
Ohad Netz (26/04/2016 20:06)
Loved the hike and the view. Lots of fresh air and very comfortable.
