Nice ambience. Nice to place relax and chill out. The food is on the pricey side.
Breakfast platter was nice.
Never order the churros, it is so bad.
The poke bowl is essentially sushi unwrapped, it is an acquired taste.

Replacement is a nice cafe for chilling and hanging out with friends.. The environment is cosy and comfortable. There is a good variation of food, mostly western food. The location of the shop is strategic (in the city centre). However, the only setback is the price of the is quite pricely compared to the other cafes around. The cafe serves soft shell crab burger (a must try).

Mosaic and marble flooring. Nice ambience . Strong aircon was a welcome respite from the sweltering heat. Warm, competent and efficient service. Cold brew and iced latte taste average. I went after lunch for coffee, so I did not order food. My two drinks cost about RM30. The food menu was pretty extensive too .

Nice deco. Great ambience. Tasteful layout.
Ideal cafe to chill especially over a lazy afternoon.
Coffee is tactfully balanced between milkiness and charcoal flavour.
Do not mind to visit again until they have improved the cash register system which does not abide to Bank Negara Malaysia ruling, on allowed cents to be collected.

The ambience is nice, but feel a bit packed. maybe due to the old shop houses design. Sound reflection is too great during the lunch crowd. Food is good but a bit pricey.

Went there for breakfast on a Sunday morning and was not disappointed! I had the Croque Madame but I’d recommend you to share it with someone because it’s really cheesy and can feel quite overwhelming. My parents had the Eggs Benny which was really good too! If you’re planning on making a trip there, make sure to go early because the place filled up pretty quickly and there are a limited number of seats.

If you're looking for a really nice brunch area to go, this is the place for you. Their big breakfast set is very reasonably priced. The mushrooms gave the biggest impression. The hash was really awesome too. Walkable distance from City Square Mall

Bit pricey. A bit narrow, because the shop lots there are already so small and they also trying to accommodate more customers hence the tight spaces. There's a queue almost every time peak hours near so unless you're there on a weekday, I doubt I can enjoy myself. The staffs got overwhelmed with the amount of customers so service was so so.

Good service with great food. The big breakfast we had was really good and everything tasted fresh. The churros was good too. Would like to try the other food in menu too on next visit. Average price per person is around RM45, pricey for a brunch but really worth it.

Not the cheapest breakfast place, off Citysquare but certainly great value. Great service, very clean and neat place, and excellent food. We left with a plan to return for the French Toast with Berry Compote and the Tomato Soup

Good service. Comfy ambience. Came during the Johor public holiday Hari Hol on a Thursday about 10.30am-ish and there was parking nearby. Thankfully. The breakfast platter is nice. But no mustard as condiment. The other dish with the eggs and potatoe cubes & mushrooms was slightly salty. A friend said it's calles gratin. But ok-lah. Standard big city/classy/hipster kinda place. Good continental/western breakfast fare. Prices KL/SG standard

Well appointed & trendy cafe. Soft shell Bao was very flavourful. Highly recommended cafe. Average prices.

A nice breakfast place with sista to have a long chat. Love their churros the most, can say a must try! 😉

Fantastic food and service! Highly recommend the french toast, soft shell crab bao, and chorizo hash. Tapas (served after 7pm) were also great. Go for The grilled chicken, prawns, and fried baos were excellent. We spent the night at the lodge upstairs and it was very comfortable and clean.

decent food of acceptable quality. nothing to write home about. breakfast platter is quite value for money for its portion. simple yet cosy interior.

The soft shell crab pao was really good. The breakfast platter was not great. Need to source for better sausages, beef etc. Staff service was good.

Absolutely top class breakfast platter. All elements were well composed and seasoned to perfection. Don't be fooled by the humble shopfront, the food is out of this world

Excellent churros! We tried the dark chocolate and the salted egg dips. Soft and chewy churros and not at all greasy! And the dips were just the right chocolateyness and sweetness for the dark chocolate, saltiness for the salted egg. I would definitely recommend and go back!

Ordered the breakfast platter and chorizo hash. Breakfast was done perfectly. The bread was wonderful. Buttered, dense and soft, flavourful and toasted. It was delicious. Everything else on the plate was perfect. I can feel the love and effort placed on a plate. Love the Chorizo hash. The potatoes, herbs and chorizo were all on point. The hot chocolate and latte were both very good too

Chef salad is tasty. Churros is not that sweet not so authentic but fits my taste. Love the ambience there.

Hipster Cafe, yummy chorizo as well as churros. Nice decor and very decent food.

One of the best churros I had, salted egg dip highly recommended! Other main courses we ordered were pretty good too. The only thing I thought was average and can missed was the hazelnut milk.

Chef salad with avocado & smoked salmon was delicious. Coffee was abit too acidic for my palate. Will definitely come back again.

I think the cafes in JB paid a lot of attention to their ambience than their food. Vibes was excellent, but the food was lacking. Salted caramel dip for the churros we had was way to burnt and tasted really bitter, no salty flavor. Needed a few gulps of ice water to wash down the taste. Coffee was weak even though I ordered a piccolo.

It can be quite crowd at lunch time. Like their soft shell crab burger and jasmine tea. They have WIFI and you can relax and enjoy "ME" time alone.
Afi Hafiz (26/02/2017 23:24)
The service was good, but I thought the place was halal(disappointed). Had the churros though, somehow it doesn't taste as good as I thought it would be. And food is quite pricey as well.
Je Tesg (06/01/2017 15:57)
The all-day brunch options are excellent though a bit pricey. Love the churros too. The coffee is recommended as well. The staff are professional and efficient, and the place has a lively vibe. Definitely my favourite cafe in this area.

Came here at noon and the crowds are generally low which is good for us as the waiting time is short.. the brunch menu is absolutely perfect and also the hot chocolate drink.. definitely will recommend this place to others.. Perhaps it might be better if this place would serve more varieties of food :)
