Already legacy in Singapore. Plenty of shops. Wide varieties of Singaporean, Asian, Western foods. Very near to the nature. Nearby parks are Bukit Timah Hill, old railway road, quarry and dairy farm. Good time to visit after your nature activities. Also recommended for family or group of friends to hangout and have a foods. We always love the shop that offer a very delicious laksa noodles and chicken rice. Recommended to visit this place when you are in Bukit Timah area 🖒🖒🖒🖒

A range of choice for food but they are not cheap. The old railway that is no longer operational is just beside the rail mall. The bridge with the rail is still preserved until today.

Good assortment of food - from quick and easy bites to elaborate dinners. Cold storage is a bit small but should offer enough to meet most needs. Special shout out to sixteen ounces - must-visit craft beer bar!

Legacy mall that's been around forever. Now mainly has tenants that cater to families with tuition centers, clinics and family oriented businesses like restaurants and grocery stores. Busy Bees Chinese tuition center takes up almost one entire wing of the mall which is essentially a single row of shopfronts in 2 "wings" lined up along Upper Bukit Timah Road. Rocky's pizza used to be here till recently, they were a fixture at the Rail Mall for decades.

Nice selection of shops albeit slightly pricey due to the nature of the neighborhood. Cold Storage is decently stocked. Good Prata, bars and fast food can be found in the area.

Nice little friendly mall.. Not multi storeyed.. Ample parking.. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops all there.. A good spot with family or friends for dinner or drinks.

not the typical anonymous Singaporean Mall that you might expect coming from Orchard road.
What you’ll find instead is a rather tiny yet charming collection of miscellaneous stalls - all in one row and easy to access. There are plenty of restaurants, a massage place and a grocery store.
It’s a great location to access the green corridor and go for a walk. many people meet here after their morning run / cycle trip to freshen up in one of the coffee shops or makan in a restaurant.

A pretty much regular shopping mall located on the premises of what was a railway station building. I liked walking to the back to see the portion of the track and the classic bridge that still remains, and to see some really old row houses.

Limited restaurants but i am fascinated by the nostalgic rows of shop houses. and one of the rare areas where you still get free parking.

Teck Lee chicken rice, Blooies, Sunny Choice, Prata planet, Coffee Bean and Cold Storage. Is the reason to come here. Closest mall if you live in the vicinity.

Best thing about this place is the Cold Storage. Food outlets include Eatz, Subway, Toast box and (the overpriced) Springleaf Prata.

5 stars for being near we stay and having what we need for breakfast, brunch and even dinner. There is a 24hr cold storage and the SpringLeaf prata place is perfect to have all types of prata

Small charming cluster of shops (wouldn't call it a mall), but due to the size, choices are understandably limited. Parking esp on weekends can sometimes be a challenge as visitors are typically coming with car due to it's geographical location attracting people from surrounding condos. Good chicken rice and bak kut teh stores.

Amazing mall, almost every shop you'd want with very good prices.

It is a small stretch of eateries and amenities for the surrounding residents. The variety of foods is good. There are Indian, Chinese, Western, Italian, vegetarian, and local foods like bak kut te and hainanese chicken rice.

Old shophouse with restaurants, bars and shops along the former rail line. Historic place.
Luke Phang (29/03/2017 17:03)
A quaint row of shophouses with eateries, shops and supermarket next to the rail corridor, within walking distance of the last remaining railway bridges in Singapore. Ideal place to chill before or after a hike.

A strip mall mainly for local food. Located right by the Green Corridor, an old rail track linking Singapore and Malaysia.
Josh Ng (17/03/2017 04:00)
A small stretch of nostalgic shophouses which used to have the railway train passing by. The railway track is still there ! What I like about it that there is a 24hrs The Coffee Bean
Daniel Shen (16/01/2017 14:27)
Took an eerie walk across the old railway during the night. Unique experience.

Very rare quiet and cosy environment where you can relax with local foods as well as western food and pubs.

A fancy and unique restaurant street in Singapore. It is located next to an old railway which you can take a walk on if you wish.
There is a variety of restaurants with excellent food and shops are not found in many other places in Singapore. The only downside however, is that the food can be slightly pricey, however the quality of the restaurants do usually make up for the price. There are also some budget options available too such as but not limited to Subway, however those restaurants are still pricier than your local food court.
Overall, it is a great unique mall which expensive, but delicious food which makes it a good eating place for special occasions or a family eat out.
