Love the Quincy great hotel, attentive and efficient staff. Central location short 5min walk to Orchard Road. Good buffet breakfast and the nightly happy hour is great. Would recommend highly.

We had a pleasant experience over at this hotel. The front office staff were very cheerful and friendly and accommodated our request for early check-in. However, if there is one Improvement that I can suggest, is for the light refreshments to be much more substantial. We came down at 5 p.m. to grab a bite to eat But we were sorely disappointed when all we could find was a couple of slices of rainbow cake.

Excellent room with great customer service. Free mini bar which includes beer! And it's replenished daily. Free light refreshments and drinks in the evening. Not even a 5 star hotel offers mini bar free.

Welcoming efficient staff. Nice room with tea and coffee. Great shower and bathroom. Good location for most attraction and easy walk to 5 emerald hill bar. Highly recommend you stay at Quincy.

All day free snack. Evening light dinner included.small room suitable for couple. Lovely toilet with bath tub. 5 to 10mins stroll to the back of Paragon shopping centre.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Quincy Hotel. The all day meals were fantastic and the complimentary mini bar in the rooms were a nice touch. The hotel is also conveniently located and in close proximity to Orchard Road. For anyone visiting Singapore, I'd highly recommend giving The Quincy Hotel a shot.

The hotel had a number of high points. The infinity pool on 12th floor, the Le Labo toiletries, the friendly staff and the spacious rooms (if a little cold). The breakfast was generous but average. The sauna is a nice to have, but is quite small and not very warm. However, the level of customer service throughout raises it to a 4 star

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Comfortable and clean rooms with a friendly staff. Food is served throughout the day in lobby until 8.30 pm and is a running buffet with no additional charge (included in room charge)

Received very warm friendly hospitality with Quincy. The room condition is very nice. You can even request for different kind of pillow if you don't like the soft fluffy pillow. My wife loved the bathtub. We also enjoyed the activities for Qool Weekend. It was a wonderful warm and comfortable staycation for our anniversary.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained room. Helpful and sincere concierge staff awaiting to attend to your needs. The room and the bathroom was clean. Area was close to town area which is very convenient. 5 Stars overall experience.

A very nice eclectic hotel near the top shop spot Orchard street. Super friendly staff, amazing breakfast.
Buffet lunch and dinner included in the price.
Gym and pool on the rooftop.
Recommended.

The service could have been better. Value added services which should have made my stay more enjoyable, were sadly not executed well. When you tell me you want to give me a cake since it's my birthday, I shouldn't have to ask for it myself. It should be seamless and staff ought to know upon check in that someone is having a special occasion.
There was also poor communication between staff. I mentioned at check-in that I had a guest joining me for a meal. The reception told me just to inform the staff when we had our meal and I could pay for my guest to join me. The server directed me back to the front desk when my guest arrived saying that I needed to make payment there as it would be cheaper. I had to queue at the front desk as the receptionist was attending to someone. After waiting, the receptionist directed me back to the server to make payment instead... A small matter, but a waste of my time. Other than these small incidents, my stay was a pleasant one. The room was comfortable and facilities were adequate. It's my second time staying here. The first time was a couple of years back. Service was better the last time. But I guess we all have good days and bad.

Could be 2.5*. I booked this hotel as it was ranked 4.4 in Google reviews; so I was definitely expecting a hotel with higher a standards (also given the price). This is a boutique hotel, that is convenient and acceptably clean. Additionally, I wouldn't recommend this location (I stayed a few weeks in Singapore, and moved to different hotels in different parts of the city). Orchard area is quite boring once you've seen / walked the street once, you don't really get to experience Singapore in this area.
More details on the hotel: overall the service is relatively poor. Internet is extremely slow to the point it's difficult to load certain pages (which is an issue when you come for business), the food is done to be served at scale hence not trying to be qualitative. There is a sauna, but it's minuscule and it was not properly working. And finally the biggest issue was the huge pipe noise in the morning every morning at 6.45am (even in the weekend).
Wouldnt recommend this hotel, for ~30-40€ more per night you could stay in a 6* hotel in a better location.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. everything is great from the check-in to room service and the facilities. Definitely will advice anyone to stay here when visiting Singapore. The pool is amazing. There is a very nice gym. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast and afternoon refreshments are included. Mini fridge and it's contents are complimentary. The room is very nice and clean! We had a good view of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is awesome! It's true that the freebies never end. Free breakfast and dinner buffet. Free dry cleaning service. Free flowing coffee, juices, sandwiches and salads for lunch and snacks almost the entire day. Free mini bar goodies. The place is quiet and relaxing. Amazing service from the staff too! Best hotel experience indeed!

Comparatively the room is spacious with well design amenities. It's 10-15 mins walk from orchard MRT. The complementary package is great. 2 pieces of laundry daily, buffet breakfast, snacks/small bites from 12-8, free in room minibar.

Complimentary minibar and food, drinks in the evening. Excellent rooftop pool open 24hrs. Comfortable smoking area at hotel (important for smokers visiting Singapore). Great laundry service. Only a couple of minutes walk to Orchard Road right near station.

One of the hotel in singapore, The Quincy Hotel. The service is good, the food is good and the free cocktails is awesome. The pool is amazing, the room so comfortable . i like the compliment of handy travel cell phone. We can bring the phone for our city guide in singapore.

Great stay at Quincy. Staff is charming. Food is delicious whether at breakfast or dinner. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. The swimming pool is incredible with its glass walls.

Friendly, helpful staff. 5 minute walking distance from Orchard road and the MRT. If you book for more than two nights you receive the "club" benefits: complimentary meals, mini bar and two pieces of laundry a day. Nice gym, sauna and pool which is just big enough to do laps.

Lovely hotel .. Small but very nice design. Not too busy, private and still convenient to walk to orchard, only less than 10min and hotel staff can get taxi for you very quickly. Great service. Will definitely be there again.

Lovely boutique hotel. Brilliant that it provides a local smartphone to help get around the city and call home for free. Definitely would be recommend and stay here again. 12th floor swimming pool is beautiful and is excellent for a late night swim to get the best of the view.

This hotel is really good. The room is clean and comfortable. The decoration is beautiful. It included lunch or dinner for each day I stayed there. It located near a MRT station.

An amazing experience. It's not just the great rooms, all day buffet and very late checkout, it is more about the friendly, courteous and enthusiastic staff who can't do enough for you.

I will ask myself one question is money important or service ?
Keeping a balance between these two (service and money),
after several days research and reading the tripadvisor rating ,I selected to stay in Quincy hotel Singapore.
This is the 1st time , I was taking my wife to Singapore to celebrate our 5th Anniversary. To her surprise, I have asked hotel Qunicy to arrange a Limousine Service. I was very excited to see her reaction and excitement. You know all got spoiled after seeing Toyota mpv was sent to pick us from Airport instead of Limousine.
Anyway, we reached hotel, male Staff at reception were so rude and stubborn that after I asked them why Limousine was not sent .. First they didn't apologies, gave me very stupid reason and didn't told me to refund the money for it.
This I do not expect from the hotel who has 4.5 rating .
Anyway , next day was our anniversary , so I do not want to spoil it .
For my wife 2nd surprise , I have paid for room decoration and at the time of booking Ms Grace (From Quincy reservation team) told us as a gesture they will arrange a cake for us.
You know once I reached the hotel in the evening , few balloons were kept and few rose petals. But not an issue room looks good. I asked reception to send the surprise cake.
They told its not arranged. They told they will try to arrange something for us. I waited for more than 30 mins nobody came to deliver us the cake.
Even these reception staff didn't felt to give me call to say that we cannot arrange anything for us.
Not sure , they understand what hospitality and courtesy is.
We both were very upset , for the 1st time ,we didn't cut cake on our anniversary.
Next day , I complained to reservation team and told them full story .Anyway ,they arranged a cup-cake for us. But we were not happy . As Anniversary is not celebrated everyday .
I will never recommend anybody to stay here in Qunicy .Better pay bit more and stay in 5 star hotel if you have something special in mind ,please do not
take risk.
Anyway ,its a learning experience for me and understand why 5 stars hotel are 5 stars.
