Disappointing service and time management system. Waited for an hour for a prescheduled appt and nobody seems interested to inform you or apologize for the delay until you expressed your dismay.
Generally everyone shy away from the problem. I would believe no one will find such experience as pleasant.

I WENT to a gum specialist for treatment of an infection caused by chronic gum disease before undergoing two total knee replacement in 2007. The specialist wrote a note to my surgeon that my operations could go ahead, despite persistent pain after two teeth were extracted.
I sought a second from another gum specialist, Dr. Yasmin Akrum.
She detected the existing gum infection and treated it. As i am 70, she made sure everything was in order to ensure my knee operations were done without dental risk.
Since then, Dr. Yasmin has taken good care of my dental needs.
On Feb. 16, I had a very bad toothache and headache, and around midnight, I called Dr. Yasmin. She told me I must see her first thing the next morning. She treated a small part of the gum infection and extracted the aching tooth. The problem was clear within three days.
I am very grateful yo Dr. Yasmin and appreciate her skill, professionalism and consistent good care of my dental needs.
