9.30pm ticket from SG golden mile to Ipoh , 10.30pm still in SG golden mile. After asked counter, they said traffic jam. But other bus brand can depart on time. What's the point? I hope management should reflect about this issue. I'm not the first time having this bad experience.

The most ridiculous coach services. Office and coach driver never communicate, gave wrong address for pick up point even after confirming for couple of times with the office. The office again called to inform that my parents couldnt be reached and the coach would leave on the dot and made us so worried. In fact my parents were already on the coach. This is definitely the first and the last time we take their services.

Im so dispointed about one travel staff at 5001 Beach Road #01-27. He is not friendly at all when answeri g our question..
We were enquiring on changing to an earlier travelling time as to our booking time n d staff answered impatiently n unfriendly tone and were told we cant change as there is only one bus schedule to our destination. We asked whether we can place our luggage at the travel office but was turned down - we have 6 hours leisure time in between our bus schedule - thats why we asked for the luggage to be placed at d office but were denied - no such service he said in a cold tone. This happened right now at 430pm local singapore time - 6th april 2018. i never n never recomment for my frens in my country..

old condition of seats, worn out. depends on your luck if you get a coach with clean interiors. for the price of 45 to KL. coach condition could be better. standards dropping

Took the bus return trip from Singapore to Camerons in Jun-2017. It was already 215pm when we stopped for toilet break when returning from Camerons, so we asked the driver when he was stopping for lunch. And he told probably 4pm! To which we were upset and protested. But he rudely argued that he was late and had to pick up passengers at Kuala Lumpur, so just blame the bus company. It didn't bother him that among the passengers was a 72-year old woman with diabetes and a history of gastric issues. Eventually the bus only stopped for lunch at 5pm at Yong Peng. In total it was a 11-hour journey: the bus started at 10am and reached Golden Mile, in Singapore at 9pm. Save for the comfortable and spacious seats, I would have rated this 1 star.

NEVER EVER BOOK ANY BUS FROM THIS COMPANY! the worst experience i ever had from singapore to kuala lumpur. They operate with Five Star Coach buses. The bus broke down only after an hour journey. Stranded almost 4 hours down the highway. We could have made it to the destination during this period. They never depart on time and picks up passenger from different places to fill up the seat. They don't care about getting there on time!! Another bus came in and this bus has the same worst condition, cranky engine sound while moving. This time the driver stopped for a while at R&R and whats worse I saw other coaches under the same company where it is being repaired for some breakdown! I can see some passengers inside! It seems that the whole bus operator has no courtesy towards customers and they lack proper maintenance on their fleet. Worse service ever. I highly suggest not to book any bus with them.

Try not to be a jerk and judge them by just having a first bad experience. So went and travel with this company again for few times, even from Malaysia to Singapore. Now I will come to conclude that, this company is totally not reliable in term of responsibility and services etc.

My worst experience was travel from Seremban to Singapore with this company, never depart on time, they will wait till when the bus is almost fully seated. Never provide a proper bus ticket but just a receipt only. They will collect the 'receipt' from you after you board the bus so you will have nothing or proof if you want to lodge a complain. I was told by the rude driver to sit on wherever I want, instead of the seat number I have purchased. Along the journey, I have witnessed the driver shout at some Indian or Malay passengers, he even insult them in Cantonese (happens that I understand a bit of Cantonese).

Just my 2 cents, avoid their service if possible. Unless you have no choice.

Based on previous reviews I was worried using them, but due to a holiday all other bus companies were sold out and they were our only option to get to the Tioman ferry station. My biggest concern was about getting to the ferry station on time. They website states departure times but no arrival times. I called them for the arrival time, but the lady answering the phone wouldn't commit to anything and avoided answering my questions. At least I learned that the bus was leaving one hour earlier than listed on their website. If you book with them then call them to confirm the departure time. Now with one extra hour buffer I decided to go for it. The bus left on time and probably due to the early departure time there was no wait at both borders. As pointed out by other reviewers there is no help from the bus driver with baggage or direction at the border. He just let you out on one side and collects you on the other side. We got to the ferry in about 3 hours. Bus was clean and the seats were spacious.

This has been my worst bus experience so far from Singapore to Malaysia. The bus driver was very rude, refusing to assist opening the luggage storage space. As a result, I had to struggle to open it. He was also verbally abusive towards me. Such disappointing service from a supposedly well established bus company. I will be warning my friends about your bus service.

First time traveling with this company during CNY period. Bus was on time departing SG(Boon Lay) to KL(TBS). In between there's a lunch break @ Yong Peng, JB. Overall the double decker bus has reclining seats and leg rest. Not much of a disappointment in fact, the bus reach the destination on time.

Traveled from SG to KL on a Five Star Tours bus operated by this agency over the recent Christmas holidays. It was a terrible experience overall. The driver didn't adhere to the schedule (SG-KL trip took 8 hours fr 945 am - 530 pm; KL-SG trip started 15 mins late and took 7 hours fr 145 pm - 830 pm). On the trip to KL, he took the trunk road for a short portion of the journey which added significantly to the travel time. On route to SG, we were asked to change to another bus at Larkin Terminal before heading to the checkpoint. The bus driver did not seem to be familiar with the roads in JB, making a few wrong turns before reaching the Immigration Checkpoint. I would strongly advise against using this travel agency. Also note that not all Five Star Tours buses have safety belts.

The bus driver took 6 hours to arrive from Singapore to kl . 815 pm to 230 am. He went the wrong way in a highway turnoff and backed up ..on the highway! He reversed. His friend boarded the bus at some point and they were playing music and talking loudly despite it being 2 am and most passengers were sleeping. Terribly unprofessional and dangerous driving.

Julian Li (19/07/2016 13:23)
At first the ride to KL was terrific, condition was good and relatively new. However during our trip back to Singapore, the condition was terrible than the first trip. There was a held up at the custom due to long queues of foreigners, and after a long wait, the driver didnt attempt to double check if there are any deserted passengers remain behind and just took off, leaving some of us behind and had to find ways to travel to our destinations. Terrible experience.

Drivers are crazy drunks and when going to Singapore it's very likely they'll leave you at the border and literally run away.
Do not take a bus from this company, plain and simple.

Desmond Chua (26/06/2016 13:38)
- driver did not arrive at the promised time, ended up being late for 1hr 20mins (multiply this by at least 10 passengers, that's 10 hours you'll never get back)
- no visibility about the status/location of the driver during the wait. we were never really sure if the coach was going to arrive.
- the driver did not send us to the promised location, and instead sent us to a terminal about 13km north of where we were originally supposed to alight. imagine the surprise.
- driver smoked while driving a non-smoking coach. see the irony?

Even during non peak period also need to wait for no reason. This is the one and only chance to take this bus.😡😡😡😤😤😤

Good luck trying to get anywhere in one piece. Booked tickets to Mersing. I've seen people on GTA being more careful on the road, twice the bus almost collided with incoming traffic whilst overtaking in a no no zone.
No coordination with Mersing ferry schedules. We're "lucky" to have a 5pm bus from a ferry that left Tioman at 3pm. Leaving Singapore they confirmed that the bus would wait. Needless to say that we didn't make it on time. Even sent email asking if the bus would wait... No reply.
The only positive is that it's very easy for them to take your money, no problem on that front. Next time I'll walk...

Traveling to kuala lumpur turned into a nightmare, me and other 20 people had to wait for a long time to take the bus. Everytime we asked they replayed "10 minutes" . The bus finally arrived almost two hours later...

This is a really bad option to travel from Singapore to Malasyia. We received no explanation as to why we had to wait for about two hours.
