Quite suspicious n doubtful about the quality n services for used items previously, but Office Xchange (The Office Saver) really change my impressions after purchase. The goods delivered in time n set up nicely. The staff also very friendly n helpful. No regret n Thumb Ups!!!

Office saver is not a place I will buy from again. My experience with them.
1st order - sometime back, we ordered some items from them. But when the office furniture came, some of it was actually different from the ones that we wanted. the boss told us that he will get it change but never came. Think it was only some chairs, we accept it make things easy for the delivery guys. 2nd time order some more items from them, same thing happen again.
it's the responsibility of the company to make sure that we are buying items that we initially wanted. And when customer call, don't hang up on us . Now I know why this company keeps moving offices and warehouse in just 3 years

Patrick from theofficesaver, who I am assuming is the person who runs the place, is extremely rude. I wrote him an email, he did not bother to reply. I wrote him a 2nd time the next day, still did not reply and I had already explained the urgency of our relocation. Next day when I called him, he said "I will reply you later, understand or not" and then hung up!! Can you believe that?
Even before it reached to that stage, I called him to ask him to come down to our new office space to assess. And he rudely says, "we dont do things like that here" when the WEBSITE clearly says :

2)A quotation will be sent to designated person in charge within 2 working days
3)Relocation will be carried out for confirmed relocation, re-instatement of furniture will be done according to requirements set.
Dont be fooled by the friendly website and inventory of items they have - if their own staff dont even care about customer service, then all I say is good luck to them.
