Booked from Agoda, was getting the superior deluxe room, the details show that its queen size bed. Check in time, they said the one available is only twin bed. Disappointed.

Hotel or Home? You should be difficult to find the different. In House cafe is the best

Beautiful hotel next to Chinatown area. Cleanest place I have stayed. Very modern and an incedible breakfast included in the price. There is nothing I can think of that this hotel would need to do to improve.

Stayed over night and went out around Chinatown before heading to phuket .. nice place friendly staff .. overall a good experience .. be warned though they are strict on their 2pm check in .. we arrived at 9am ( flight) and although we could leave our cases in the foyer all secured we had to go out and about till check in ... they did allow us use of a toilet room by reception to wash and change though. Would stay again to be honest it served it's purpose well

Rooms were perfect, couldn't ask for more.
The staff were always much more than helpful, it's such an excellent place to stay if you're visiting and want to stay in the cultural haven that is China town.
Breakfast is basic; cereals/toast/coffee(excellent)/tea and usually a mix of some kind of eggs/ soup/ sausage, but it does do the job!
I don't give 5 stars lightly, but this place made our trip to Singapore 👌🏼

The hotel located at Keong Saik Street, near Outram Park Station (around 5min walk to hotel). Clean and comfort hotel with free light breakfast and room service. Nice receiptionist. They can help you to find some place and will tell you how to get there. If your flight in the evening, but you affraid will late check out if you still want to go around Singapore, you can check out early and leave your bags for a while at the receiptionist..

Decent hotel in a great Chinatown location. Close to the Hawker centres for great food.
Rooms are somewhat small and wifi is very weak.
Staff is very helpful.

My partner and I had a very pleasant stay at this place. The room we had was modest-sized (like most hotels in Singapore) but had plenty of essential features to make your stay very comfortable at this boutique hotel. I thought it was great value for money when compared to other hotels around Chinatown. Only 5 minutes walk to the MRT. Highly recommended for those on a semi-budget adventure.
