Located in downtown Nagoya Batam, so that access to the everywhere can be reached well, this hotel is under renovation gradually, there are rooms with smoking and no smoking, the staffs in all depaetment are very professional, the food is tasty and is worth it in its class.

This hotel outlook is great. Convenient to Nagoya Hill, 10min walk. BUT! Not for anyone looking for a good relaxation with comfy room. Hotel room claimed to have renovated, but interior still looks bad for both Lobby and Room. I requested for a change of room 3 times, going to 4th but giving up as all room changed for me is the same, smelly and stuffy. Corridors walkway to room, you starts to feel stuffy. Room doesn't have safebox, and no proper wardrobe for clothes. There is a window blinds in the bathroom and all having moulds grown on it. Terrible ventilation and air conditioning is seems centralised where technician can't do anything about it. Ventilation and air con vents are all blocked with dust.
Seriously, if you want walking distance to mall and no others fussy request, you can just choose this hotel. If you don't mind taking a taxi, since every where in Nagoya, taxi charges is the same. Just go a a bit distance hotel within Nagoya, with the price you can definitely can better rooms and comfort.

What a great experience!! Love to stay here. Great location, foods & services. I recommend it !!! Especially the staffs & receptions are very helpful, super nice & friendly. I will definitely stay here again at my next visit to Batam !! 😊

The hotel is a nice place and near from any other famous outlet in batam , the room is comfortable to stay,for the food i recommend to try nasi goreng. The service was very satisfying and the receptions are so friendly, super nice and helpful if I asked anything to them,very recommended to stay,lets try dude🤗

The room was very good, newly renovated room wit a great view.
The staff are friendly, nice and give us their execelent service.
Breakfast menu also variety, a good taste.
Will come back here again, again and again

First the good : Firm clean bed & pillow.
Spacious room. Great room rates.
Second the bad : Wi-Fi unstable, keep having to re-login several times in an hour. Tired old furnishings & furniture.

bad expectation.room aircon not cold.room with mosquitoes flying..scratching myself to get sleep n small cockroaches at toilet walls.toilet rusty .fridge with mess leftover so we decided to checkout early

Hotel lama, perlu direnovasi, dibeberapa tempat ada retakan di dinding yang cukup parah. Lokasi strategis karena terletak di sebrang Nagoya Hills mall

Bnyk nyamuk,telp mati,jam 1 pagi lampu smua mati.reception di telp(kepaksa pake hp pribadi krna telp nya rusak) gk di angkat2.kepaksa gelap2an smpai pagi.
Gila dgn cost 600rb lebih dpt nya yg beginian.separah2nya hotel ini lah yg paling parah yg pernah gw temuin.

Wow banyak upgrade..... kamar jadi lebih bersih dan bagus.... yagn paling penting staff frindly bangettttt.... asik deh stay disini
