Newly furnished room, clean bathroom, high water pressure for showers, strong wifi. Will definitely be back!

A place worthy of its price range, good for short stays as long as you don't set your expectations over the roof (understand what you're paying for) with the usuals anyone would need at a hotel - comfortable beds, a decent bathroom, basic facilities and breakfast. Staff here were friendly and helpful. A 10 min walk to JB Sentral & CIQ. Definitely would come back.

Clean but not squeaky clean. Love the hot water and the Malaysian breakfast. However, price is getting steeper and steeper. Would consider other hotels if price is not regulated properly

Good hotel, good service with privacy and great location. Parking has some issues with the old man managing the parking lots!

Good hotel with nice deco, clean room and awesome wifi. Breakfast was simple but decent.
Only negative is the hotel is surrounded by constructions.. roads n buildings..
5 min walk to immigration
10 min walk to city square

Good hotel with central location. Free breakfast was delicious. Local dishes like roti canai and nasi lemak was served.

Checking in was fine. First thing that happen was, lift under maintenance. We got our room on the 3rd floor had to climb up the stairs carrying our kids. Aircondition doesn't work well. Fan mode the whole time no matter how we do the settings. Asked for help but was told to wait for the maintenance guy to come, we weren't able to wait so i had asked for a change of room. Receptionist told me that rooms are fully booked. Called for help, again was told to wait till 10pm as the receptionist was alone no one else to cover the front desk ( fyi no manager was around as well ). Wait till 10pm, not even a single person came. Me and my family had to sleep in the room with no aircondition, none of us were able to sleep well through out the night, sweating like as if we were just back from running few rounds. Seriously nothing like home. Even the fans at home are much stronger. Really bad experience. Not going there EVER again.

We are family of 10 and your hotel is one of the places to stay on our list. If we arrive earlier than the hotel's check-in time, will you allow us to deposit our baggages for the meantime as we are planning to visit Legoland first?
