Just perfect. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I arrived very early in the morning but was given access to a shower with lovely amenities before my room was ready. I was also offered this after I checked out and needed to leave my bags for a few hours before my flight. My room was absolute luxury with lovely long, soft pillows. No detail was forgotten. Didn’t want to leave.

A historic Singaporean Landmark that use to be Singapore's Post Office in the 1920s(i think) A spectacular building still maintaining its Colonial look that stands out, surrounded by tall modern office buildings. Lobby is always busy with people and somewhat warm. Inside it looks nothing like a post office. Grand and posh. Very good service and smiley staffs. Lots of F&B restaurants in and around the hotel and just across at the One Fullerton.

The High Tea was exceptional! Tasty bite sized sweet and savory cakes, sandwiches etc. Lovely pianist playing in the background. Unlimited tea (some exotic blends available) and coffee. Add a delicious cocktail or wine as well. Beautiful view and friendly staff.

The service given by the staff from the main doors to the restaurant was really a five star experience. The food served was also fantastic. However i felt that many guests there were too full of themselves, staining my experience at the hotel by a tad. Overall, i work definitely go back there even if its for a simple meal.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times when I come to Singapore on business trips. It’s really conveniently located by the marina and museums and restaurants. Has a pool deck that’s pretty nice for sun baking and swimming. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooms, a spacious welcoming lobby. The breakfast buffet included your standard western fare, but also a delicious variety of Asian option from various surrounding regions. I enjoy my stay at the Fullerton every time, and look forward to staying again in the future.

The best hotel in Singapore in my opinion, for their perfect location, rich history and high standard services. They organize gorgeous wedding here, with cocktail party on the deck looking to Marina Bay Sands. The Jade restaurant is also perfect for family events with elegant decoration and excellent services.

Great hotel with an incredibly long history. There is a gallery here that shows significant events that have occurred at this establishment that are fascinating. Quality of rooms and service have always been top-notch and experience at the Fullerton has always been nothing short of extraordinary.

Location is perfect with the view of the Marina Bay Sands and Esplanade. Expect a beautiful view at night if you look out the window. You'll be able to catch the light show from Marina Bay Sands, grab a glass of wine. Service was beyond my expectations.

We booked for an afternoon tea at the Courtyard today, 11th March.
The setting was lovely, the harpist played beautifully and the food was delicious. Unfortunately we did not enjoy the experience as much as we’d hoped due to the inattentive service. While all the tables around us were constantly being served tea and additional sandwiches and cakes we had to remind the staff about our drinks order, had to wait for the sandwiches to be topped up, were not offered any top up on the cakes at all and only those for the scones as we were paying the bill. All in all we felt as if we were not really welcome. Perhaps we were dressed too casually. I don’t know, but it’s a shame that what should have been a Mother’s Day treat left us feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Always a pleasure coming here. The faint scent of flowers in the air is absolutely iconic of the hotel. Food served here is quality as well. I'm not sure if they still have it, but we used to love the amazing chocolate buffet that they had. Excellently curated spread. Make sure you sit in the courtyard cafe and have a beautiful pot of tea or some high tea!

Was there for a wedding dinner. Food quality was good and portions were more than sufficient. Customer service by our waitress (a lady in her 50s) was very good and there was even some joking and banter between us. Overall a very positive experience.

Hotel is refurbished from a historical building at a historical location with a museum literally at its door step. The only other place that best The Fullerton in its historical richness will only be The Raffles Hotel. The rooms are well furnished with furniture aimed at providing the best comfort even though the decor can be a tad uninspiring. Marbled floors in the bathrooms, thick drapes and carpets to provide a luxurious stay and a good night's sleep. Service is excellent with staff eager to please and always done with a smile. Breakfast spread was varied with a good variety of local breakfast choices to complement the international offerings.
liam roberts (23/11/2017 02:53)
The location made everything so easy to get to we only ever had to use a taxi for getting to and from the airport. Everything inside was perfectly maintained and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was also a really good spread for being included in the room rates.

Not that bad. Feels like a 3-star hotel to me but charging you 5 star prices because it's in a 'prime' location. Be careful not to get rip off.
Flo Yeow (16/10/2017 11:33)
Fullerton hotel's grand ballroom is gorgeous like many other ballrooms around, especially if you're planning a wedding celebration. However, what I do not like about it is the stairs that lead to the main room, as that's typically a pitfall for elderly and sometimes even brides if they're not as careful. Food and service varies according to your menu choice, so do have that checked based on your taste testings provided. That said, the hotel is gorgeous as intended, and the rooms feel great too!
Ali Chua (14/10/2017 08:00)
Without a doubt a 5 star hotel located in the heart of the city. The old Singapore Post Office, this place is especially historic and a very well known place here in Singapore. Good hotel rooms, good restaurants, and great ballrooms for events. Will strongly recommend this place for most things.

I went for a drink at the Lighthouse at Fullerton. For a 5-star hotel like this, you will expect the service to be really good. The guy who attended to us when we entered was attentive, and went the extra mile to push the tables and chairs back to the outdoor patio as it has been raining before. Later on however, a lady attended to us when we wanted to order our drinks. She was unsure about everything on the menu when I asked her which drink was popular, she replied, "Oh I don't know". When I wanted to know if a particular drink was strong, she doesn't know as well. I'm not sure if she was just a part-timer, but her replies had almost instantly put me off. Is there anything that she knows? It started drizzling later on and we wanted to move the table back under the shelter. We told the lady who was serving us, but she seemed barely willing to help us move the table and chairs. So two of us ladies, in our dresses and heels had to move 4 chairs and a huge table back in ourselves. What a way to start our night..

Brilliant high tea experience. Try two teas and feast on a range of sweet and savoury delights that are continually replenished during your visit in luxury surrounds. The excellent service was attentive, informative but not intrusive.

Went for a lunch appointment. Lounge and lobby staff are all on point and most helpful. Space is efficiently allocated for various services which can be a little confusing to locate lifts and recept. More signs, prominently placed would be helpful. Lifts are really fast though having a design flaw. It is quite difficult to see which lift car has arrived as indicator lights are dim and doors are deep requiring one to walk around to look for the open door. Restrooms are up to standard

Fullerton is one of the best hotels you will get in the Marina.CBD area in the price range. It is a beautiful place and the service is great. All was great but.. My room's bathtub was broken from day 1, and they were not able to get it fixed until I left. Unwinding in the tub after a long day of work is very important for me, I usually pay more for rooms with tubs when I reserve, so this inconvenience was huge. I called to get it fixed from day 1 but no success. It was very disappointing... But the hotel is great. The tub is an exception and I would recommend my stay..

Great service! Better than other 5 star hotels restaurants like edge, colony n melt. Friendly chefs. Japanese theme dinner is nice although spread is too small. Great promotion with hsbc.
Daniel Boyle (28/08/2017 00:52)
A beautiful hotel located in the old main Post Office building overlooking Marina Bay on one side and the river on the other. You are welcomed by a grand entrance and foyer on arrival.
Rooms are beautifully appointed and maintained to the standard you'd expect in a 5 star property. Service is impeccable.
The infinity pool is positioned to look over the river while you swim or relax.
A few minutes walk to Raffles Place MRT station and Boat Quay.
We wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else in Singapore.
Thierry Cairus (06/07/2017 22:21)
Great location. The service is one of the best in Singapore. They have good restaurants as well. The view on Marina from the room is fantastic.

Lurving this hotel. I recalled that I have used to work in this old building where Inland Revenue of Authority used to be stationed here before they shifted permanently to Novena. Those the happy old fun days working here. Missed the good old times in fact.
Stephen Loo (20/06/2017 12:31)
Service is impeccable. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. They did cut some corners in furnishings and in room decor though, which seemed more tourist class than anything more luxurious.
bonsky mendoza (18/06/2017 03:36)
No doubt one of the best hotel in Singapore. Location best and heart of city. However, i think they have to work more on hotel smell. Its not bad but average. They can do better than that.
Omar Rigg (21/05/2017 12:05)
I only went into the lobby, but the place is beautiful. There's a ton of chairs everywhere to sit, and you don't need to order food (or at least I didn't. Very nice layout of the place and great view, inside and out.
Cintia Tavella (10/04/2017 15:31)
Historic and really big hotel. However, the pool is just too small vs number of guests! The service is okay but I wouldn't say going the extra mile at all. For what the breakfasts cost they can really include it in the hotel price. The Spa treatment was just there, quite average , which i guess if it is just a massage place but given is a 5 * hotel something more would be expected...
Nitin Sharma (02/04/2017 20:53)
This place hold the history of Singapore in itself. Amazing view and great architecture. Rooms are clean and nice in size. Staff is friendly and supportive.
Richard Navarro (23/03/2017 07:20)
Beautiful and historic hotel! If you have the chance definitely take advantage of their buffet one of the best spreads both in terms of looks and food offerings! There are a few buffets that the hotel runs I forget which exact location it was the best at.
Regardless, be aware that this is a popular venue for weddings so it's live and full occupancy most days especially weekends
Definitely would want to stay at this location in the future a splurge worthy location forsure
Rasha Yousif (15/03/2017 08:38)
The room was spacious. Every little detail in the hotel was gorgeous starting from the huge flower arrangement in the entrance.
I reached the hotel after a long flight and I tried the spa it was an amazing massage. Left the spa feeling refreshed. Walking distant from many attractions in Singapore.
I would defiantly stay again.

Upmarket hotel in Singapore with all the bells & whistles you would expect from a deluxe 5 star hotel. Warm & friendly service in an exclusive atmosphere. Prices are, as expected, on the high side but well worth it.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around...
It is a very good 5 star luxury hotel in Singapore.
The swimming pool is fantastic and have a great view.
The building has almost 90 years and too many history.
The breakfast is amazing !!!

We had a conference there and had dinner. The service at the conference was great and foods were also great. However, the taxi service was totally broken. We waited one hour on taxi line, but all, taxis were taken by people not in the line. We could not figure out what happened. One of the reason may be small access road in front of the hotel, but anyway, the service for taxi is below worst. I strongly recommend to reserve transportation, if you need to go there.

Stayed here in one of the suites. Excellent service from the friendly staff. Fantastic gym with many new equipments (some are even connected to your personal TV) and a nice pool that has a great view.

Beautiful and historic hotel set on what used to be the shores of Singapore. The restoration of the old post office has created a grand hotel with a touch of old world elegance.
Try to take note of the koi on the lower level, live piano/violin music in the evenings (playing on the second floor but heard throughout the grand lobby), and the heritage centre with old photos, momentos, and historical post box.
Johan Faerch (18/09/2016 08:28)
Great hotel with good restaurants, great complimentary breakfast, super gym and spa. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pool area is a little under dimensioned though. Go early to get a sun chair. Furthermore when you are in your room you can hear absolutely anything going on in the hallway - and vice versa?
Arjun Khara (05/09/2016 14:27)
Gorgeous hotel and historic building - used to be the former general post office. Suites are beautiful mostly because they've kept their original architectural charm. Restaurants are really good. Beautiful underground passage to One Fullerton. It's particular splendid here over Christmas.
James Townsend (03/08/2016 04:59)
Beautiful hotel. Pricey, but probably the norm for a hotel of this caliber (breakfast can be as much as $42 USA for something that should be no more than $15, maybe $20). Rooms were okay. Lots of dust in the closets which was disappointing. But overall a nice place to stay. Staff really friendly.

I have not stayed here, but their high tea is delightful! The service is outstanding. I can only imagine a stay here would also be a delight - the hotel is certainly is a prime location with great views!

No complain with the hotel stay, large & clean room, very quiet airconditioning & the bed is super comfy. Solid view overlooking Marina Bay. Great! 5 stars.
BUT, my client & I had a bad experience at their buffet breakfast. We were brought to our table by the service staff Katrina, with no cutlery on our table, no eye contact & she just walked away. Big NO NO with my client. Probably because we are Asians & dressed down in grey tshirts & jeans. Katrina was very polite with other Caucasian guests. She is racist probably. My client & I didn't really have a good breakfast business meeting. Minus 3 stars.
You will find better service (even if you are Asians), that is expected of a 5 star hotel in Singapore, in Shangri-La, Marina Mandarin, Mandarin Orchard & Pan Pacific. You pay for great service & you will get it at these hotels in my recent visits there with my clients, sadly not Fullerton this time.

This is one of Singapore’s most iconic buildings and a historical heritage, matched only by the Old Supreme Court and City Hall (both just across the Cavenagh Bridge) for its architecture beauty. In its younger days, the Fullerton Hotel building moonlighted as the General Post Office of Singapore, the stock exchange and the Japanese HQ during its occupation of Singapore. A magnificent Victorian colonial building that offers amazing view over the bay. Over the years, the luxury hotel (one of the most luxurious hotel in Singapore) has been consistently been the face of downtown Singapore, being just at the mouth of the Singapore River where the iconic Merlion stands. I missed out on an opportunity to stay here on one of my work trips but I would love to find another opportunity to do so, I would imagine it being an interesting experience wandering the halls and exploring its history.
