Went for lunch on the last day.
Had an enjoyable lunch. Tenderloin was tasty and scallops were juicy.
It's a pity today is their last day.

One of the best meats I've ever eaten. I ordered braised veal cheeks. Tenderloin is also delicious!

Nice ambience and quiet on a weekday night but food is so-so. Nothing fantastic. A bit pricey. Possibly a good dating venue though if you have the budget.

Average food, painfully long waits, inattentive service.
We waited 30 minutes for our (easy to prepare!) desserts white the family next to us ordered, ate their entire meal, and ordered their desserts before ours even arrived. The food was average, menu quite limited, I might even say pretentious. On top of all the service failures, the last was the bill -- couldn't be bothered to bring it to the table for us to sign in 10 minute's time. Quite disappointed--and they weren't even busy at the time. Spend your money elsewhere.

One of the least-worthy-of-the-price set menu I’ve taken. At $68, a 5-course set dinner sounds alright at first. But when the dishes are served. It was almost all tiny sizes of servings. The smallest ribeye I’ve seen and a 3 small mouthful of panna cotta for dessert. The 3 starters are sharing dishes of which one starter is finished eaten in one teaspoon. The dishes are nothing special and presented in the least interesting way. At the end of the dinner I headed to a nearby stall for roti-prata to satisfy my appetite.

Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Variety of food was so so. Wanted the Tenderloin and Thai White Sangria but they were not available. Lamb shortribs, cheese macaroni, and duck waffles were good. Only shortcoming - the place was too dim.

I feel like this place has unrealised potential, and is on the verge of something great but has not quite achieved it yet. The dining concept is good with larger and smaller servings, allowing for a hearty communal style eating. Lamb and ribs were great, other dishes had potential. Oerall, ambience was upbeat and cosy.

Superb innovative food. Loved the ambience. Michelin quality service without the incumbent pricing that goes with a star.

Nice choice of small and big plates. Loved the fondant...simply wicked!

Terrible, one of he worst places we've been to. Disgruntled Chef? More like Disgruntled Customer. The place has the ambience of a 7-Eleven with v bright lighting and dated decor, while food is tired, poorly cooked and plates are tiny. Half of the menu was unavailable. Hardly anyone was there the night we went... this place unfortunately will go out of business if the don't urgently change tack. Avoid.

Decided to go there for our anniversary after reading good reviews, it exceeds our expectation! We picked the recommended dishes suggested by the friendly servers and including amazing cocktail drinks and desserts. All the items were delightful and we love to come again. The price is not as exhorbitant as we thought it would for high quality food.

Beautiful food and drink and amazing but service. High end food meets comfortable dining.
Highly recommended 😃👍

Great little restaurant in very chill Dempsey cluster. Great place to bring a date or friends, as it has a cosy and initumate vibe.
Their menu consists of small plates and large plates. Sharing is very much encouraged and enjoyable. Dishes i have tried and enjoyed are grilled cod fish, dry lamb cutlets and truffle mac n cheese.
Desserts are awesome too.

Tucked away in a corner of Dempsey, the space was lovely, if a tad bit dark. The service was efficient and friendly, even as the brunch crowd trickled in. However, the food was truly ordinary at best. We had the two course brunch menu- the croque madam and duck on charcoal waffle. Not much to comment on for the former (I mean, it's a sandwich) but the latter was quite disappointing. The duck was crispy but terribly dry, and I could say the same for the waffle.

Disgruntled chef? Disgruntled customers more like. When you are spending over $20 on a starter and over $30 on a main you expect quality and volume. the portion size was embarrassing, quality was ok. when you spend $150 per head you expect to feel satisfied. We left feeling hungry and wanting more, flavours tolerable. Basics missing such as....Why no bread to start with? You are ripping us off. Disgruntled but well off chef...disgruntled and poorer customers. Go elsewhere is my recommendation.

Amazing service. The food is good too! Totally worth the try!

Amazing, well executed food, excellent service and nice location with an outdoor patio if the weather allows it. Only downside is the small portion sizes - especially the sides which wouldn't cost much to be more generously served.

I was full of anticipation when I visited this place. But the food was mediocre and the restaurant was way too dark. I don't remember what I ate that day. Maybe my expectations was too high.

good food, lovely ambience..the bone marrow with snails and the baby ribs are excellent dishes to try.
Skip the clams and the salt of the sea...not worth it.
A meal for 7 adults and 2 kids worked out to $357

It was my birthday and my wife was kinda out of idea where to bring me, so she ask me to choose a place myself. I was keen on trying a few place and this was one of them.
The place was pretty spacious and dim-lighted, quite a nice place to bring a date, the floor manager is polite and attentive. He explained the concept of the restaurant to first-timers and also recommend a few of the signature dishes.
We took most of his recommendation since this is our first time here
Steak Tartare (3/5)
This is my first time trying a steak tartare, it was raw beef with a quail egg york in it. It was pretty chewy due to the raw beef, there is a tad of spice that keep bothering me although I didnt knew what it was. The overall taste and texture wasnt too bad thou.
Baby Spinach salad (3.5/5)
My wife like this dish the best, it was ok for me, nothing too fanciful and quite well balanced.
Baked bone marrow (4/5)
I pretty like this dish, the presentation to the taste of this dish. Spreading the bone marrow on the bread was delicious, even my wife who isnt an adventurous person was able to enjoy 1 whole piece of bread.
*suggest to have more people eating this dish as it may get a little greasy.
Cracking sucking pig (3/5)
The skin of the sucking pig wasnt cracking enough, the seasoning of the meat was more toward a plain side, the plus point would be that it doesnt have much fats under the skin. The dipping sauce, I find it a bit disappointing. And for 68 for a 6-7 pieces of meat, I personally think it quite exorbit.
Tomato based with mushroom spaghetti (4/5)
Although this dish was not on the menu, it was specially order for my 18mths old boy and in the end this was the best dish I enjoy from start till end. I'm a fan of spaghetti, but definitely not tomato based but the chef definitely change my mind toward tomato based spaghetti. Simple yet delicious. Maybe they would want to include it in the menu.
I spent $115 per person.
Must tries: bone marrow, Tomato based mushroom spaghetti
I also recommend this place for:

We came here for dinner a few days ago. Service was very nice and we found the dishes to be quite inventive. The bone marrow with snails was rich but very tasty once salted properly. In general, we found several of the dishes to be under-salted - not a major problem but a little surprising. The steak tartar was OK only. Feels more like a brunch place overall. I like the ideas that go into the dishes, but a little fine tuning could make this place very good.
