Great place for high tea. I wish the ratio of savory-to-sweet options was more skewed towards savory, but otherwise great. Tea is bottomless and the location is lovely. It's an excellent place to bring visitors to Singapore.

Went for the chocolate buffet. A good place for desert! Atmosphere was good, food was great and service was top notch.

Always nice to treat oneself to the most expensive cup of Kopi in Singapore. Taste-wise, not better than any other Kopi on the island. However, nice ambiance and good way to enjoy the character of the Fullerton architecture.

Is this Singapore’s most expensive coffee? $15.30 for a cappuccino. $13 + service + GST.
Be wary. There was no price list or menu on the table. Just a very large bill.

Nice coffee great pastries & desserts were excellent! Friendly cosy comfy chic ambience for romantic intimate high tea with views & live violin and piano. Free wifi.

Went for Saturday afternoon tea. Nice tea selection and the pastries and desserts were excellent. Savoury items like sandwiches were dry and flavorless. They did bring around more sandwiches which was nice but more desserts would have been preferred. Scones were also served warm and were delicious. Overall nice experience but because of the sandwiches I don't think I'd come back.

One word that will drive all singaporeans here: free-flow
Utilizing my Standard Chartered card discount, we took the 1-for-1 hightea offer, which means we only paid $106 nett for four pax. Very value for money especially we had free flow drinks and hightea dishes.
Of course the dishes are cold dishes like salmon sandwiches and chocolate tarts etc. you could order multiple teas and coffees which is perfect for family with kids. Scones are warm and perfect.
Service is excellent as well, and attentive. There's also live music with harpists playing. Wonderful ambience. Also do ask for complimentary parking coupon.

Generous serving for high tea set, you can request to refill the items you like on the tea set. There's two choices of tea per person and the service crew is friendly and attentive. There's a 10% discount for HSBC credit card (please check with the staff). We paid about SGD 43 per pax after discount. Worth a try!

Great spot on the river to sit outside if it's not too hot. Lunch menu a bit expensive and not a lot of dishes to choose from.
