Good location and opens for 24H, very convenient if you want a cup of coffee after having meals around Holland V.

Same old, same old. The coffee is not nicer than its other outlets. But it is noisier and full of vitality. The charm lies with Holland village, other nearby f&b chains and of course, beautiful people.

Are all the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf'a do expensive? Or is it just in Holland Village? An Iced Lemon Tea medium sized costs $8.00 at this location, which seems really expensive! I can a 1.5L bottle if Coke Zero at Seven 11 for $3.00, and this seems our of proportion for the value.

Quite a large CBTL store, compared to other outlets. I came here on a Friday afternoon and it was surprisingly packed. There were still seats available though. It was rather noisy as well. Unsurprisingly, there were lots of students there too. Drinks were like what you'd expect from a CBTL coffeeshop; good but a tad overpriced.

Rather busy and noisy, but the staff (especially the old aunty ) is helpful and friendly.

LOVE THE AMBIANCE but while I was there the staff was playing songs on their phone speaker very weird but the bathroom is nice, design and style is nice LOVE

Food and drinks are definitely overpriced. Baristas look very overworked. Quite noisy on Fridays and you can see students studying here as well.

Quietly reading a book on an armchair in a corner, listening & enjoying the songs on the radio, with my ice blended mocha on the table.

Chill and Laid back place. Not very crowded. Popular with mostly Caucasians.

This is a nice place to hangout after a meal. Compared to Starbucks nearby, there is al fresco seating for those who like a bit of sunshine on the side, and air-conditioned stall itself. It gets pretty popular throughout the day.

People use the place like its their living room. Books, laptops, charging wires everywhere. In addition, I ordered a barbeque chicken sandwich which tasted stale and very rubbery. Very disappointed.

Poor hygiene with zero service recovery . You'll be spending more time in the loo than in the cafe itself !

Nice and cozy place for a coffee !

This is a nice CBTL located in Holland Village. It is sizable, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and is good for dates, business meetings and also the quick weekday lunch sandwich. I really like their tea - always go for the vanilla ceylon. And the place is nice enough that you stay long enough to get refills on the tea.

Can't complain
The music isn't too loud, the place isn't too dirty, it's almost never too crowded, and the AC isn't set too high (though it is a little high). You can get a lot of work done there.

Such is the beauty of globalization that you get the same brands everywhere you go. Looking for a cool drink off java, we ended up here when walking around Holland Village.
Place was quite busy with a mix of local and "expat" crowd. All the same drinks are available as in the home country.
I had the ice coffee, but unfortunately the espresso shot was too bitter for my liking - probably must be sitting there a tad bit too long.
My wife ordered a cold tea drink that was made well.
