The doctor was really good and helpful during a very difficult time for us, we would have rated the animal clinic a 5 star if not for the horrible front desk staffs.
They were rude and unhelpful. For some strange reason they all speak at the top of their voices, so details like their off days and staff disagreements are for all to hear.

My aunt's dog has always visited this clinic since they bought her. All her records are under this clinic. She has a record of having seizures. On Chinese New Year's eve , she had seizure that began in the afternoon. Upon calling her vet, he told my aunt that he[vet] will only be free the next late morning as he had reunion dinner. She passed on the next morning before the time the vet had stated. Her eyes were wide open and red from the pain of her seizure that lasted overnight. The vet's apology held no signs of remorse.
This in my opinion is very irresponsible and heartbreaking, it's understandable that the reunion dinner that happens only once a year is important to the vet himself. However it seems that he weigh a dog's life to be less important. Perhaps he thought that it was like any other seizure that she has had before, but he did not even bothered to check upon her by giving my aunt a call.
For the past 11 years , they provided absolutely wonderful services, worthy of their motto. Especially Dr Hsu and Dr Lee they are exceptional. My dog being 14 this year just had her spaying recently and she was taken very good care of under their wing. They gave specific instructions on how to care for her after her surgery, the dos and don'ts.
Perhaps you would think that I'm being bias but he having been considered as a passionate vet did not seem to fulfill the part of being passionate.

Horrible and disappointed. I dog has been visiting them since young. I started sending my dog down 2 months ago when he starts to have skin issue. After 3 round of visit my dog's condition has not improve but become worse. I have no choice but to go for another vet. That I realized my dog was tested demodex positive and is already in a very serious state. My pet will not have to suffer this much if it was treated earlier with proper medication. I will never go back AGAIN.

Great people. Vets are really good to the animals. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Its been years, but im still bitter at this clinic. Called in to tell that my pets intestines were falling out and told the ah lian receptionist so. She was full of nonsense and made me wait til the intestines turned from red to black. Should not have cabbed all the way to this place in the middle of nowhere. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Disgusting.

I travelled from Pasir Ris to this clinic in Clementi for my 7 month old cat, based on recommendations. Did not disappoint. Check up was thorough, Dr Jeremy Lee was on duty that day and he was patient in explaining all there is to know and to watch out for as it was our first cat. The counter staff were friendly too. Coming back here for her future check ups for sure.

My pug was sent to Petclinic in Serangoon area ,seen the vet and got admitted run blood test n got discharged yet couldn't find out why she is not eating. Was discharged and given antibiotic and still query infection ,advised to force feed her at home.
I came to The Animal clinic thru a friend recommendation and arrangement was made to have her admitted n to run some tests.Thanks Dr. Lee for the arrangement. I was able to know the diagnosis of my pug and explaination are very clear. Even though it is very heartbreaking but after some discussion I decided to bring my pug home. I was very appreciative that even though it's late and way passed the closing hours ,Dr Rachel waited patiently for us to come pick up my pug. Am very grateful to her and Dr. Lennie Lee for the arrangements. The nurses and staff are very professional and caring. Thank you for being a wonderful team. God bless

Dr was very helpful and the X-ray plus meds plus visit came in below $150 for my cat. As it turns out, valentine broke his tail. Huh?!
