Bus 16 don't stop here.??? Then why Google map advise me to take 16 here?

Bus stop is regularly cleaned with sufficient shelter during harsh weather. Has many busses that head towards town and further. The bus stop is also linked to the other side of the road by a sheltered overpass. However, bus stop is far from the Marine Parade estate with at least a 2 minute walk from the nearest HDB.
