Security is super ridiculous, and sorting people for no obvious reasons. Can't recommend.

One of the main gay bars in Singapore with multiple floors and rooms. Drink ordering is extremely efficient (they come to you). Gets packed on the weekend nights!

My experience here really makes me deeply felt discriminated!!!
The first night i went this bar alone but the door guy ask me to check my ID,as i left my passport in the hotel,so i couldn’t show it to him, then he refuse to let me in, which is fine if this is their policy. But meanwhile I saw he did let group of people get in without asking any of them for ID check, only take a look of the bag. So i ask him why as i clearly know that i don’t look underage at all! then he told me those people are shareholders blahblah, and this is Singapore...which i don’t believe him at all! but anyway I had to leave,it’s ok as I wasn’t really intended to be there by my self.i can take this bad attitude from him.
So the second night it was planned to come with my local friends and I did bring my Passport just in case .when we came around 9:30pm,nobody at the front door to check bag or ID,so we just get in ,after one drink,I went outside for a cigarette, and this door guy shows up,he saw me walked out of the front door, and from his face expression,I could tell that he remembered me came last night.however, when i wanted to go back in,he ask to check my ID again, fortunately i had it in my pocket. But why he do this intentionally to me?! As i again saw him let other people get in only to check the bag! That was really annoying me!
And later night,I went out again for cigarettes,as I tried to get back, this time the door guy finally didn’t ask to check the ID ,however,he ask me yo wait until some other people come in first! and he said to me in a very rude way: Can’t you see! I was like ,JESUS! What’s wrong with you? There was no line at all!!!
So i could eventually confirm that he is doing this point it to me as i myself act too much like a PRC(China), he was just simply wants to made me feel embarrassed,i gather that it’s true that most of the Singaporean doesn’t like PRC people, but i ask myself many time there, did i misbehaved or anything? No !not at all!I could firmly to say that . Then how should deserve to be treated like this?!!
Anyway,I would never come back to this place as their expensive drinks is from these judgemental and discriminating people!!! This review probably means nothing to them as they don’t care about the customer service at all !!!

Prices are reasonable, but venue is a bit small.

Nice place but don’t go late. Says close at 4 on weekends but door guys won’t let you in after 2:45 at their personal discretion. Too bad for the attitude it’s a nice place

Liking the place, with old school music, nice ambiance & friendly staff
Big up for the blue spin killing it! (and us, by the same occasion)

So many people hear you can't even move around. Just needs a better venue. Great prices and really nice staff

The best gay bar in Singapore.

In response to a review by Goh Hao as of being chased out, I really find it ridiculous. It happened to me once too - so please bring your NRIC and show it to them.
Tantric was overall a okay experience. Had some drinks once or twice every one or two months with some friends. There were certain staff which has attitude problem, YES! But nothing much to expect.
By the way, the second floor has a pool table for some pool. Also, the second floor is not that bad to find someone new to interact with.
Overall, other than the bad staff, everything is fine.

They are so proud of their Blue Spin, that their website is called "Home of the Blue Spin", and rightfully so! It's strong and good and knocks you back into last Friday no matter how many times you have had it!

Was here with a few friends on Thurs and it was quite empty. The jugs of drinks are very reasonably priced and you get to enjoy them outdoors. Would have been better if there is a better crowd. Overall, not the best experience.

Music is ok, but crowd is super fun

I went there on 29/5/16 and I'm very disappointed by one of the staff over there . He has poor customer relation , I asked him some question about the drinks and he gave me a smirk look on his face . Chased me out of the bar as I look under 18 to him which he is literally blind ? The part time staff over there is nicer compare to the full time staff .

With a few campy ornamental follies, the basic layout is standard international gay bar, with loud music and cliquey groups of friends chatting and eyeing each other. Was told there was dancing, but didn't see any. Cocktail waiters very aggressive and not friendly. Bartender didn't return SG$12 in change until I scolded him and made a small scene (and a friend said a similar thing had happened to him a couple weeks before). Reminded me of gay bars in the west in the 1980s, when a lot of the clientele was still closeted and easy prey for scams by a sketchy staff. I guess you have to take what you can get in a country where being gay is still illegal - but too bad the local community seems to celebrate this bar as some sort of haven... more like: snake pit.
