Nice MRT station same as other MRT stations in Singapore. Nicely managed crowd system for peak hours. Very helpful staff. Quick access to exits. User friendly ticket dispensing machines. Discounts on reuse of same tickets. Easy and fast access using card tickets. Good facility for wheel chair and strollers.Connected with airport express and other major MRT lines. Always crowded. Thanks to MRT staff and management for making the journey healthy and quick. Thanks for the services.

this is a very comfortable place, I was really impressed and enjoyed my visit here, even though I was just passing by I would come or stop by this place. the place is clean and the employees are very friendly. I do not hesitate to invite my friends or relatives of friends to come here.

This MRT may be one of the oldest MRT stations in Singapore, but it has been upgraded to serve the passengers better. It's also located just outside Tangjong Pagar Centre.

The Taiwan fried chicken, taste good but got a bit of 臭豆腐 smell, is it normal? Tummy pain after 3 hours... not sure it's cause this the chicken.. or I ate too much?

I use this MRT station everyday to commute to and from work. This MRT makes it very convenient to travel to Tanjong Pagar.

Neat tidy clean orderly cosy with connections. Plenty of new shopping local Western delights banking entertainment nearby eg Tanjong Pagar Center.

Very central location, can be very busy and at times confusing, so read the signs carefully.

Unhelpful staff, inadequate signage at the ticket machines, and LONG lines at 2 ticket machines at this major downtown station.

One of the largest MRT station in Singapore, which is busiest during peak hours due to its central location near. There are numerous shops that provide food and services to the office workers that go through this station, but there is also a famous food street not far from this station.

As per today, 19/11/2016..
the escalator going down is down for few days..
the lift is down for a few days.
The only stairs are also used for handicap "escalator"..
During peak, the flow of ppl are very bad. If accident happens. There will be heavy jams.
Pls look into it. Don't think it's a good thing to service all at the same time!!!
So not convenient!!
If u all service so many severices at one time.. shut down the whole station..

On been working here for 2 weeks.. cheap food can be found at TANJONG PAGAR plaza's food centre.. good ramen can be found at 100am and orchid hotel..
