Service is bad. Went for service on 12th May(sat) .After servicing found one
Paint chip and scratch. Told the customer service and tell me to return next time as their spray painter already knock off.

Totally not friendly and helpful. Call for a recall airbag but after the installation , windscreen is full of finger prints stain.Although is a FOC installation but pls service is also very important!!!☹☹☹

No point getting the NPMP when those service Centre guys didnt listen to you. Headset issue not solved since 20k. Dont even think of going of going ubi. Worst service of all TC is at ubi.

Very poor service standards. Sent car in many times but issues are not fixed. Eg. Lubricate n lubricate but noise still there when going slowly over humps. Enquired why or what's wrong and answer was they already lubricated it. Never fixed the problems. Car noise appeared less than a year after purchasing it new.

after sale car maintenance support is a disappointment. couldn't solve the car non responsive acceration upon initial drive off. after 1 years and constant reporting, problem still persist till today, will get rid of the car once out of warramty period.

Booked an online 5k routine servicing @ Bukit Timah Nissan Service Center.
This is my 2nd visit and the thankfully I was not being screamed by a blacked face 'japanese looking' Service Advisor.
After checking in my vehicle for servicing, i went to the Customer Lounge to wait. Wifi is available as well as coffee.
However, i also noticed that the lounge is frequent by Nissan service staff; cleaners, sales staff, security to nap, drink coffee, eat.
Soon the cups were all used up.. and those customers who came in after lunch hour were unable to drink any coffee since no CS came to replenish the cups.
Maybe it will be good for a CS to drop by at alternate hour to tidy up and restock the cups.
Good After sales service and its related services do have benefits; through word of mouth from existing customers to new and returning customers.

Fast and friendly service here at Bukit Timah Service Centre, especially Reception staff Nura who went beyond expectations to help with other Admin services

Its a certified Nissan Workshop. The waiting lounge is comfort with free drinks (coffee) and wifi. But somewhat expensive

Send my less than a yr old car for servicing. Before servicing front wheels got no noise. After servicing got noise. This is the second time such issues occurs.
