Strictly budget and if you don't have a choice elsewhere. Advantage is the location and price. Pitfalls - The room had tiny ants/insects scrambling all over the walls. Very tiny bathrooms..

Location is very good, close to everything. Room was small compared to the one showed in the picture that I booked. There was a construction going on during our stay and a little bit noisy during the day. Female staff at the reception were not very friendly except the 2 guys specially Spencer...he is very accommodating and always recognizes me by my family name. He goes beyond by using his phone to get us a taxi going to the airport.

I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re on an extremely tight budget or only wanting to stay for awhile.
The staff over there are friendly, they do provide the information accurately.
The rooms however, are very small. Nothing to brag about. Cleanliness can be improved, this also includes the smell at which at that time the hotel was undergoing maintenance and repainting, but it was around the corridors as well as the room.
There is no breakfast available. Mustafa Centre is just around the corner. 2/5 rating, sorry guys!

Good. It's is centrally located. Mustafa is a one stop shop for all chocolates and household item. Tryaraj hotel for some cheap good quality food

I was there in this hotel from 23 Apr 18 to 28th Apr 2018. Even though the room and bath room was small it was very clean. Every day they cleaned the rooms and changed linen and towel. While reported certain issues found in room, within no time they sent technician. The most advantage of taking this hotel was its location. Just 3 minutes walk to Ferrer Park MRT station. So we make use of this service for all the site seeing and gained money which was set apart for hiring taxi. Few Indian restaurants are nearby and Mustafa Centre is close by, where you can make most of your purchases. Front Office staff was very co-operative especially the handsome gentlemen and Ms. Cherish. She helped me to get a taxi back to Airport and came with us to the road side for keeping our luggage in taxi...... Cherish thank you and keep up this attitude. I recommend a budget tourist like me to stay in this hotel.

Super clean, staff genuinely want to help, walking distance to bugis street, great area for food halls and small resturants. Price is budget , my room was large. I haven,t worked out the MRT yet.

Rooms were ok. But the best part was it was centrally located.. Beds have wheels...
Rooms are smaller... My room did not have window....
And the best part what I loved it was they were providing us Cell phones at free of cost to call internationally free and internet was also free too... So loved it..

Great hospitality, great stuff. New towel everyday and very good location. MRT/Bus are in walking distance. Food court, Indian Restaurants everything is in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Rooms are clean, air conditioning and clean bathroom. They don’t have anything like room service as they are budget hotel. Very convenient for the shoppers targeting Mustafa Mart and to have taste of Indian foods around restaurants.
You will also find quite a lot of restaurant all around the hotel. There is a shopping mall opposite of the hotel with KFC and Mc Donalds. There is also Indian restaurant and Money changer all around.
Hotel staffs are extremely cool and friendly and can advise you for travel and logistics. As they are budget hotel, very good when you are travelling with friends but when you are travelling with family, better to have other suitable hotels with better facilities based on your need and expectation.
The hotel also sell discounted tickets to the various attractions including Sentosa, Bird Park, Zoo. I’d recommend buying the ticket there to avoid the long queues.

Everything is within reach from this hotel. Next to city square mall which has mrt station below and complete food court on food republic, also next to mustafa center. For 2 stars, this hotel is ok lah.

Great location with friendly staff. WiFi. If all you want is a place to rest at night you can't go wrong with this place. Food at all hours nearby. MTR system and mall at doorstep. Mustafa centre 2 mins walk away. The hotel itself is very simplistic, a room with beds and a bathroom.

For people like Subeesh Krishnan who is constantly complaining about everything wherever he goes I suggest he just stay at home and let his mother cook n feed him.
Subeesh don't mislead others with your CHEAP reviews. We only know your side of the story. Or better still go and stay in Shangrila or Ritz Carlton etc.

Room sizes are okay for the price you pay. Could be cleaner though. Whats good about this place is LOCATION. Just cross the road, into the City Squire Mall and you are at the MRT, shops and many takeaway options surrounding the hotel.

Hotel location is great. Right across MRT station. Mostafa center is very near. Transport ，eating ， shopping is very convinent. They also provide information and ticket for tourist atraction. The staff are friendly. They also provide a mobile to call to your home country free of charge. As a whole a good choice in a budget especially in Songapore.

The hotel situated near MRT station at Farrer Park and the bus route. Very convenient place for tourists who can reach any place through MRT easily. Although it is two star hotel, rooms are comfortable and clean, but not much spacious (This comment is only for Standard Double Rooms only) . Room service is done properly. Furthermore the hotel is very closer to Musthafa center, Little India where you can have budget shopping.

This is a two star hotel, yet you will like it. It's situated infront of kitchner road which is very near to mustafa center and little india area.
If you like to shop and eat indian food you can select this hotel to stay nearby.
They provide free wifi facilities for their room guests. Wifi is token system. They will provide you token where the pin number is printed. You can use 1 device by 1 token. Token expires every 48 hours.

The location of this place is simply the main reason why someone would stay here. The MRT station (Farrer Park) is right across the street inside the shopping mall (City Square Mall) and the bus station is really less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. This is an old hotel and may have a little smell but for the low price that I have paid, I can't complain too much

One of the cheapest hotels you can get in Singapore, the only good part is its near to Mustafa. if you get bored you can have a walk out.
surely not recommended for family travelers. as the rooms are not so spacious;

Noisy inside and out. Barely clean. Shower over the toilet.
Last choice for the money. Location gets the 5 star but other cuts all the stars. WIFI is slow as old 54k modem.

Excellent budget and well connected hotel. Clean compact rooms/washrooms. Believe me you hardly get to sleep in Singapore so space doesn't really matters. 4 stars because lobby/reception area can be improved. Pure Vegetarian food nearby Komala's. Mustafa center and City square mall best shopping places very near by. Just 4 minutes walk from Ferrar Park MRT station. I will definitely recommend this hotel value for money.

The only good thing is location of this hotel is very good. Rest all are not upto the mark. Very small rooms. They don't clean the room properly. When we stayed there, heater was not working. They don't provide shower cap, soap etc. The attached toilet is very very small to take bath. But Mustafa centre, marina bay, bugis junction, MRT station are all nearby. One who doesn't care about the size and cleanliness of the room can opt for this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel for many times during my visits to Singapore. Hotel is neat and clean with good rooms although the size is not big but still comfortable keeping in mind it is a budget hotel. Hotel offers 10% discount to regular customers which I always received while checking in. Location is excellent with everything from Indian restaurants, malls and little India in close proximity. Overall good hotel

They do not even provide basic amenities like toothbrush. Asked the front desk and was told to just cross the street over to Mustafa Centre to buy. They do not even have a kettle ready in the rooms. Still practicing carry ur thermos to the centralised hot water dispenser down your room alley. Ridiculously pricey for such a lousy hotel

great location, good price. staff could be a bit more cordial towards Indian guests. we clearly noticed the reception staff being indifferent towards us and other Indian guests as compared to Oriental ones, could be some frustration of being in Singapore or something. all said and done nothing to beat the location, smack in the middle of shopping center, 24 hrs people movement and safe, small cosy yet adequate rooms.

Lovely hotel, amazing for the price. Comfy, clean, good appliances, good service with a smile. These guys will do what they can to help you enjoy the stay. Also, there are some nice discounts they offer if you want to visit places like Sentosa, Universal Studios etc. Book it!
