A good place to unwind after shopping in the area. There’s usually a wait for tables during tea time, which is to be expected I guess.Great selection of teas even though expensive all said and done.

A little pricy...but the service and tea more than made up for it. The pastries a lil too sweet for me. But they look really lovely and beautiful.

A beautiful tea experience in Singapore. So many exotic varieties of the beautiful beverage to be had here ranging from "Weekend in Singapore" to "Geisha Blossom" tea. Others to name a few include Grand Oolong, Grand Lung Ching , Ti Kuan Yin Superior. Flavours to deliver your pallette.

I purchased a set of tea afternoon for my colleague when I visited ION Ochard SG. And I realized that there are so many scratches on the saucer as the photos I attached after I presented it to my colleague! There is even an area which the color has changed!!! How embarrassing!!!
It is unbelievable and disappointing how you manage your quality of product and your staff.

Beautiful TWG store located on Level 2 of Ion Orchard Mall. There’s usually a wait for tables during tea time. A good place to unwind after shopping at Orchard Road. Ridiculously wide selection of teas, and the scones are a highlight. Good attentive service from staff and relaxing atmosphere.

Needless to say, the service at TWG is always good. Waiters and waitresses are at their best. The lobster sandwich was absolutely delicious. The Chic afternoon tea was delightful and their French Earl Grey was top-notch.

Been to Ion Orchard's TWG twice, and experienced bad service both times. The first time, a server was rude, acting like it was a chore to refill my iced water. The second time, we were seated but left without menus until we beckoned for them, as if the staff had forgotten we existed. Combined with a bad experience at Marina Bay Sand's TWG, where a server tried to make my partner and I feel bad for sharing a tea set, today's experience has made me expect poor service from TWG. Don't get me wrong - the tea is great - but the staff should not be rude to customers.

Tea heaven! Can taste tea from all over the world, Chinese, English, Ceylon etc. Cosy classy friendly exquisite relaxing ambience. Nice cake and western food.

While desserts were just decent, the selection of teas here is indeed impressive. The place is very pretty and quaint as well!

REALLY poor service by a particular staff named Rona who totally spoiled the whole experience. She's one of those who delays to serve you, heaves a deep breath, pour and slams things on table over a simple request of changing 24 macaroons to 12. Ridiculously bad attitude!

服务：服务员似乎不是英国小伙就是美女～服务非常好，热情无压力，会给你推荐茶水和搭配的茶点。
我点的是乌龙茶，这款茶很特别的是有一股奶香味，淡淡的奶香味可是喝起来只有茶水味，喝的过程很享受，奶香味刺激嗅觉。好喝好喝。可惜走的时候没有买点回来！
五个三明治拼盘，我能说真的很难吃吗，虽然做得很精致，食材很高级，可是真的不适合我们的口味，一盘五个大概麻将牌大小的三明治我们都没吃完，没吃完是因为难吃。小面包很硬上面撒了孜然也是奇怪，鹅肝太腥，鹌鹑蛋色拉不好夹起来吃，牛肉三明治跟巴黎贝甜有款面包很像。不值，去的小伙伴们千万别点了！！
树莓芝士蛋糕太好吃了，至少比费尔蒙的好处，价格差不多，但是TWG的似乎材料更实在，冰淇淋太好吃啦啦啦啦。比哈根达斯的好吃一万倍，很正的红梅味道酸甜可口～cheese蛋糕配合外面的奶油，搭一口苦苦的乌龙茶～这就是完美下午茶啦啦啦～
总结：如果你们去试一试建议点一壶茶，一块蛋糕。下午茶刚好。加水是额外收费的。服务费税都是有的。本土的品牌试一下总没错

TWG has a great range of very nice teas served in very nice cups. It is a great place for people-watching, and to be seen and geo-tagged to all your social media. ;)
It is not that great as a brunch place, however. The food is fairly expensive. For $19++, I had a portion of scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and salad. There was three times more salad than eggs, which was served up in a nice but small bowl. Simply not enough for a hungry girl.
