The ice cream is made in front of your eyes with liquid nitrogen. Had the Rocher fudge, tasted ok but was kinda pricey. Nice cosy interiors and just walking distance from Pasar Karat.

The ice cream is created using liquid nitrogen. Surprisingly smooth consistency, but not the best ice cream or gelato I’ve ever had.

too expensive. small cup is 16rmb i mean although they make the ice cream on the spot but I feel thay there is else where you can get better ice cream

One of the few better ice cream that i ate. The ice cream was really on point. I had their butter scotch and the sweetness was just right. The friendly staff will make the ice cream after you ordered so its fresh and those overflowing liquid hydrogen are really grammable. Good location and cosy place to hang out before heading to the pasar malam just around the corner.

Nice concept, tasty waffle, cookie and ice cream. Love you see them make the ice cream on the spot after you order.

Had the Rocher Fudge and it was great with a home made waffle. Nice dessert place to chill before wandering around the pasar malam which is open from 7pm -2am.

We sat on the sofa which was nice and chilled and they also have a single seating swing outside. Respect the self clearing service, and most people took initiative but some had to be reminded be the staff.

Bring mosquito repellent as I got bitten in the toilet as well as in the air conditioned seating area.

Tried (1) Butterscotch, (2) Matcha, and (3) Pistachio & Sea salt (seasonal). I'd said this place offers one of the best ice creams I've ever tried in my life. Highly approved & recommended! The 3 flavors I got to try are so on-point, creamy and rich, and this is how ice cream should taste like! I still miss the ice creams after coming back to KL, too bad we are 332km apart. Do go try their yummy ice creams if you happen to be in JB.

Good Service + Delicious Ice Cream . Recommend Berry Flavour

Decent ice cream :)
had the brownie, raspberry and matcha (16/14/14RM)

All very milky but satisfying, with a little extra in each: raspberry had granola bits and matcha had matcha cookie bits inside.

Not hard to find if you know where to look

Well paired tea and cookies.

A bit costly.

Ice cream is freshly made on the spot. Do note it's self service here and remember to clear up your own table before leaving.

We were here just for ice-cream so cannot review full menu.... They make fresh ice-cream in front of you by mixing the ingredients in a mixer and adding super cool nitrogen to cool it down instantly. Super impressed and fascinated....it did taste good...We had brownie one and butterscotch and they both tasted yummy.....even though they have 4 choices only but for a cafe i think its ample amount as its not a pure ice-cream shop. loved the ambiance and decorations, gives it an old and retro look. You can ask them to reduce sugar/sweet milk if you want less sweet.

Must Try Once. Super courteous staff.

Good ice-cream, friendly staff

No cheerful smiles or greetings when we entered the cafe. We were handed the menus and we had to find our own seats. After we made the selection, I beckoned one of the staff behind the counter to come to us so that we can place our order. But instead, he called out from behind the cashier counter that I had to go to the cashier's counter to place my order and pay in advance. The standard price here for the ice cream is RM14.00 for an equivalent of 2 scoops and tea at RM12.00 per cup. And yes, I have to go collect my own ice cream and tea when it is ready too.

After we finished and took our leave, 2 staff called out to us at the exit and said we had to clear our own table. He showed us a sign that said so.

Now, there is absolutely nothing wrong with having self-service. But shouldn't there be a staff to greet us upon entry and tell us how the place basically operates? For example, upon entry, a staff could have given a greeting by saying :

"Welcome to our cafe! Take your time to go through our menu and when you are ready, please proceed to our cashier's counter to place your order. By the way, everything is self-service here. So when your order is ready, you can self collect once we call out your name. And this includes clearing after your own table after you leave, ya? Your cooperation is much appreciated..."

This way, you manage your customers' expectations and they know what they should do right at the start. However, we were not told anything upon entry at all. Every response from the staff was reactive instead of pro-active.

Ambience is normal. There is free wifi too. I feel this place is banking on novelty to attract customers. By this I mean the ice cream is made by pouring liquid nitrogen into a whisk to make the ice cream. This will attract walk-in customers. But success of a F & B outlet is also measured by having your customers repeatedly returning because they enjoy returning. So will they succeed in the long run? Imagine paying RM52.00 for 2 persons (see above x 2) and you got to clear your own dishes... You are better off spending your money elsewhere where you can get at least a smile and better& cheerful service...

Pleasant place for a quick indulge in ice cream and hot exotic tea. Ice cream is made to order and frozen with nitrogen. Beware, the ice cream and tea selections are quite pricey.

Joseph Ong (17/11/2015 16:27)
Love this quaint artisan ice cream place. The ice cream mix is prepared daily & they use a KA mixer and liquid nitrogen to present instant ice cream.
