Erasmus (Kai) is a rock star and unbelievably helpful. He provided constant whatsapp support after purchasing the sonos speakers and also came over to help with tuning as well as calibration with Alexa. Amazing experience - thanks a lot Kai.

Product was good and devliery was prompt. Staff was friendly and responsive. They made an effort to give me a call when there was an error in address input. Highly recommended!

I'm giving tca 2 thumbs up for the hassle free rma of my sonos speakers. Definitely will not hesitate to make another purchase of sonos in future!

Sonos connected me to TCA to replace my faulty Play One. I managed to get a replacement unit delivered within the same week. Simply put, it's a company with excellent customer service.

Rang them for tech assistance. Voice mail requested my name n contact number for them to follow up. No call from them. Called them again after a week. Still no follow up. And they profess that service is important. Rubbish

I first spoke with TC Acoustic on Monday, two days before I was to travel overseas! I explained what I wanted to achieve and within 10 minutes I had a quotation, another conversation and another quotation! Both the professional advice and the price was fantastic. What really impressed me was that all of the pictured products below were delivered within 18 hours and installed the same day!
I was also provided solid advice and a recommendation on what smart TV to purchase. TC Acoustic contacted a Smart TV professional who also called me within 30 minutes and then received within 24 hours. This enabled me to have my home theatre system installed before I left on the Wednesday.
What really impressed me was that I did not have to leave my house, fortunately as I was in the middle of moving apartments and could not really spare the time.
I now have my TV room and family room utilising 5.1 surround sound and several rooms that have wireless streaming music.
The iPhone app is very easy to use, I was able to add two more speakers with no issue at all! I now have either integrated sound throughout the house or every device playing different music depending who is using that room.
In a nut shell TC Acoustic provided sound professional advise and exceptional service whilst being extremely flexible.

Purchased Sonos 5.1 system from TC Acoustic and really love the products.The service from the staffs are impeccable and they are friendly too. The support from Sonos team was really an awesome experience. Will recommend friends to buy from TC Acoustic.. Good Job guys !!

The aftersales service at TC Acoustic is superb. I have some issues with with SONOS Play 1 speakers and one of the staff, Cheryl assisted me with the exchange seamlessly. The new speaker was infact sent to my home for a one for one exchange. Will definitely recommend products sold by TC Acoustic to others.
