2nd visit to this shop. 1st visit had my front tube changed by a guy (service normal). 2nd visit had my rear tube changed by Dean (Thumbs up!). Very polite and even took the initiative to check my bike for any loose nuts and tighten it all without any extra charges. All she said to me was Safety First. Good Job Dean!
