i went this morning to buy few breads, at JW blk 492, food is OK!! until i was Queuing up to pay. I saw a chef in the kitchen was brushing Buns on a "large tray". As he try to reach the eadge (corner) of a tray. He bend and the Buns was below his chest.,,Plus he DID NOT put a face mask to cover his mouth / nose?!!! Imagine his breathing in and out while the buns under his chest while he bend himself? this is personal hygiene issue. i put back all the breads.,and go. BUT at West Mall the chef i saw put a face mask. Does it mean SH put a higher standard when located at Malls compared to normal estate?
