The Sushi Tei restuarant at tampines one has great food and great service. I went there with my family last sunday to have dinner and the food was really good. My only issue is that on weekends or peak hours the queue can be really long. Also, i ordered the chicken curry don and i found hair inside my food. Luckily, the staff were kind enough to change out my food for me. For those who are wondering, there are toilets ans carparks nearby. And sushi tei is definitely wheelchair accessible. Overall my experience at sushi tei was not bad but i feel it could be better

Enjoyed the beef salad a lot. Service was fast and the restaurant was clean. The cheese stick dessert was a nice cold balance of sweet and salty.

I’m always here for their salmon nabe, pork belly don, unagi rice or Cha Soba with Pork Katsu. These are always consistent throughout.
However, their salmon salad sometimes actually taste bad. In my 3~4 years visiting the Tampines outlet, there were a handful of times the salmon wasn’t fresh, and we usually Feedback and try to get it changed or refunded.
Ever since it happened a few times, I never ordered their salmon salad, but my friends who love salmon salad always order it still. -_-“

Straight up disgusting - bland - stale food.

Had food poisoning from the salmon don here. Vomitted all the salmon don after a few hours of intense stomach pain. After all the vomiting, instantly felt better.
Wouldn't dare to come again..

Nice Sushi store in the east.
All plate are great that you can try it and it always has long queue for it.

One of the popular Japanese restaurant chains in Singapore. Queues are typically 30-45min long during peak hours, so do come early.

The queue is crazy long during dinner time. On the day I went they had more than enough staff for one level, but apparently too little for two levels. Took about 30 minutes of queuing before getting seats.
Food portion has shrunk slightly compared to last time, but standard is still rather consistent. There are better sushi restaurants out there of course, but for a quick fix in the east, this is good. The tempura don is good. Soba is good, but portion is small.
Good experience if you are willing to wait or if the queue is short.

As you expect of the chain Sushi Tei. Expect to queue during peak hours.
