This outlet is popular among families patron compare to the one I frequent at Paragon Orchard. The design and setting are similar but bigger in size and spacious. Staffs are friendly and quick. Unlike the Paragon Outlet, this outlet uses electronic queue system, hence, you only need to enter the number of people, preferential seating e.g. bar seating, with or without sushi belt and your mobile number. A message of confirmation with your queue number will be sent to your mobile. They will follow up with a call when your table is ready. This allow you to browse around instead of hanging around outside the restaurant. We usually order our usual family favourite e.g. Sashimi Salad, Hamachi Kama Shio, Guy Tamago Tojo, Chicken Karaage, Kagoshima Pork Sukiyaki and Tendon. Expect to wait between 30-60 minutes on weekend.

Nice Japanese food and good service. It's a japanese restaurant but no one speaks Japanese. All they could say is Irashimase! when you enter the restaurant.

Service was great. Friendly nice and fast , However food just okay. Maki roles not completely freshly made to order but already premade. Ordered also teriyaki chicken cutlet, was okay but not too good.
Pay attention: don’t use tissue provided, they are charged extra on the bill. Would have been nice to be made aware of that upfront.

Look like the Sushi Tei in SG serves better quality than MY. Dollar to dollar the price is decent but is killing if you do forex to MYR.

Ordered crab, seafood fried rice for dinner. That’s one of the worst fried rice ever. They should really look into QC. It was so dry, tasteless, seafood wasn’t fresh, the scallops were so overcooked. Anyone would be able to do a better fried rice than this. Where is the pride in cooking if you open a restaurant and are charging customers for food? At least set some standards if you do not have passion to make good food.
