I always take this bus to Legoland Malaysia with no disappointments.
I booked a wrong return date from legoland yesterday and instead of brushing me aside and not let me board the coach, the driver helped me call his colleague to see if I could take the coach back yesterday.
I topped up $5 per person for the mistake in dates I made and was glad to be able to come back and not be stranded at legoland.
The driver was superb in helping us get back. Didn't get his name to thank him. He was driving PC 2222 on 26th May to legoland.

I just booked the bus form Singapore to malaka, the information said I need to check with the counter before 30 minutes(Please present the Operator Code to the counter and check in 30 minutes in advance.
). However, as I arrive Eunos MRT exit A, there is no counter to check confusing costumers. Plz revise your information online

Avoid if possible.
Booked the coach from Malacca to Singapore on a Sunday afternoon. The coach arrived in Malacca and we boarded. After about 15 minutes of sitting in the stationary bus, it was announced that "the bus is dead". Communication from the bus rep was extremely poor. We eventually told a replacement bus would arrive in 1-2 hours. We waited on the pavement for 2 and a half hours and the bus rep was still saying 1 hour wait for the replacement bus. We were not given any information on where the replacement bus was coming from or the reason for the excessive delay.
Eventually, together with some fellow passengers, we hired a private minibus to take us back to Singapore.
I telephoned Superior Coaches to request a refund for the cost of the bus ticket and also for the cost of the minibus we hired. After all, the bus was over two and a half hours late by the time we gave up (we were later informed it arrived at 7.30pm - 4 hours after it was scheduled to leave). The lady I spoke to was extremely rude. With no apology for the breakdown of the "superior" coach and the delay caused, she told us it was not her problem that we had made alternative travel arrangements. She told us we were the only group who did not wait for the replacement bus, which was plainly untrue because we hired the minibus with a group of fellow passengers. She agreed to refund our bus tickets but refused to reimburse us for the cost of the minibus. Absolutely no concession to repeat custom or any form of customer service and that is the reason for this bad review.
