Paid full payment for the land tour and hotel. Two weeks before we departure, the staff called and tell us to make additional $600 for the peak season. (How can u tell us to make additional payment where we have already paid full amount). We insist not to make the additional payment. And the hotel that they recommend is really bad. Does not seems like 4 star hotel at all. Really a very bad experience with Super Travel.
