Really rude, unwelcoming, incompetent men working here. Especially the craterface.

tart and tea is served until 7 p.m.~!!!
the store is located at B2 and very small space to taste a tart.. there are just 6 chairs...
In this goole location, there are some store pictures at the branch of raffles hotel arcade. but the branch of raffles hotel is under construction and cloesd~!!!

Very service oriented merchant. Their first shop was located in Raffles Hotel. I love the tarts (not too sweet) and their pineapple juice. Highly recommended.

Awesome service and awesome tarts! Upon stepping in, you'll be greeted by the staff and immediately served a cup of warm tea, and a piece of the pineapple tart to try (for free!), and then you'll be left to chat with your friends over this without the staff pestering you to make any purchases at all. Their pineapple tarts are with bits of winter melon as well, adding a nice mellow sweetness to the tart. Packaging looks lovely too, perfect as a gift to visiting friends from overseas.

A hidden gem in the Raffles courtyard. The pineapple cakes are exactly like the ones found in Taiwan and the staff are very friendly.

Great pineapple tarts from Taiwan here in Singapore. Prices are a bit higher than in Taiwan but still worth buying. At least come here for a free sample of their cold oolong tea and fresh pineapple tarts.

Great ambience, welcoming hospitality, and taste of my childhood stirring the pot of pineapple purée for my mom to make pineapple tarts.

Very nice pineapple tart. Had my first piece from my Taiwanese friend. Now I drop by when I'm in town. The tea is good too, even when it is cold brew unsweetened tea.
Btw, they're at level 3 which is accessible via an elevator at the behind the lobby. Can be hard to find so ask the hotel staff.

ive heard so much hype about these tarts from taiwan but i never get to try them when i was in taiwan. lo and behold! instead of me going to them, they have come to me and opened an outlet at raffles hotel. *woot*
place is so quiet and minimalistic. peeping in you couldnt even tell its a tart shop. place wasnt v big but when you step in there is a long communal wooden table with some magazines and coffee books on it. you can take a seat and e staff will serve you complimentary full size tart with some oolong tea. e pineapple tart is one of e best ive had. its not overwhelmingly sweet, no preservatives and e pineapple filling is chunky n yummy and best of all organic :) e crust is made w premium butter from new zealand. e world's finest ingredients packed into a a little rectangular tart, goodness in every bite.
dont trust me ? go ahead and give it a try. you can leave without purchase after trying it but that hardly happens to me. always leaving e place w a box of either 5 o 10.
